I ordered the battery but installation didn't appear as an option. I contacted Customer Service and they replied that I need to call the store. Not helpful... I tried again and this time installation did come up as an option. After completing the order, I looked forward to getting a new battery before winter hit. Imagine my disappointment the next day when I received an email that my order was cancelled and to call the store. No explanation, no apology. Ended up finding another place to install the battery and after several days of not receiving any notification about my initial order, I stopped in today. The woman there was friendly and efficient and confirmed that both orders were canceled as they didn't have a person to install the battery on the day I wanted. She showed me the notes on the cancellation but seemed unaware that these are not actually passed on to the customer.
