Both told me to be at the store 1 hour before closing so they could program my new key. I took my wife's vehicle today to work because this was the only day she didn't need it. I was able to get off of work early and was at their location exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes before they closed. Taylor informed me that he was unwilling to do it because it would take him until closing time. I asked him what he would be doing for the whole hour and he replied "my job". Clearly not. I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. If Integrity matters to whomever is reading this, I would suggest going elsewhere for your needs.

I needed to get a special battery for my emergency sump pump. My set up is at least 15 years old…read moreand it works fine but the old battery gave up so it had to be replaced. I took a photo of the controls and one of the old battery so they would have an idea as to what I needed. They knew exactly what I needed to put my sump back in service. My equipment was dated and they told me that they don't make that exact battery anymore but they could modify one that would work just fine. I said yes and bought it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery. When I got home it took me about 2 minutes to hook it up and it was running again. Knowledgeable people, friendly service and good prices. What more could you ask for?
