I had to walk to pick up my S60 after I dropped it off that morning for 50,000 mile sievice, and wouind up needing new brakes too. I was running late and called to let them know. They drove down the road and picked me up while I was walking there.. One unfortunate downside -- and I do think this is a downside -- I paid with my Visa bank card (not credit card) but they charge 4% if you pay by any card. I'd have brought by checkbook if I had known that. I wound up costing me $65 more to use my bank card. That's steep when you are getting a full brake job. I could have paid by check just as easy and saved that money. They do have a small sign in the stoe that says that but I honestly didn't see it. Other than that -- I do recommend them.
