    They had the materials I needed to change my brake fluid. Kyle was very helpful. Friendly staff.

    This was the worst advance auto parts I've ever been to. The employees were very rude and did not…read morehelp me and my friend with anything that we needed. We were there for almost 30 minutes and not one of them helped us with anything that we needed help with. They were very sexist because were all females and every time we would ask for help they would ignore us. Another customer was the one who helped us and they were being rude to him as well. They are lucky I don't have the managers number because I will call tomorrow morning. I do not recommend this place.

    3 days ago New I have…read morebought hundreds of parts from automotive mail order parts for over 30 years. That includes for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler that l bought new 21 years ago. Unfortunately, parts are getting more and more difficult to find. Recently a mechanic broke the plastic cover that goes over my wiring harness, leaving it exposed. I was reimbursed for the cost of a new cover and when I went to purchase another one, I was shocked to find out that it's almost impossible to find one used, never mind new. I found the part on Dead Jeep's website. Keep in mind there is another Dead Jeep located in Massachusetts that advertises on E-Bay. Unfortunately l didn't use them. I ordered directly from the Dead Jeep in Rhode Island off their website. Thank goodness l used a credit card to pay for it. They got paid immediately and l got an email that was poorly worded and had several spelling errors saying that l would have to wait 7-10 business days for the part to be "humanely extracted." . I was annoyed because the website gave the impression that the part was in stock and ready to be shipped. It wasn't..far from it. I didn't hear anything for over a week and emailed inquiring when my part would ship. No answer. So l called and got a clueless, scatter brained individual who couldn't give me a straight answer about anything except to say that his boss has been in business since the '80s and he couldn't say when l would get the part! Finally he told me he would get an update and get back to me. I never heard back so I wound up calling, left a few messages and sent yet another email. Called again the next day and got Scatter Brain who started blathering on about searching in the junkyard for my part and all he had were broken ones...blah blah blah. When l questioned him about whether he even had the part and if not, why was it on the website and why was l charged for it he couldn't even answer. By now I was thoroughly convinced that this part didn't exist in "Dead Jeep's" inventory and they had taken my money for what is essentially a "ghost part." That's when Lisa got on the phone and swore that her boss had or would get the part shipped by the end of the week and she would "make me a priority and keep in contact with me every step of the way." She did neither. Instead I got a barely legible text saying something about her boss not shipping it and she would be in touch. When l asked if they even had the part l got no answer. I called again 2 days later. No answer. I emailed and texted. No answer. l finally got a text on the day the part was supposed to be shipped and told that she was having "a day" (whatever THAT means! ) and if it didn't go out that day I would get a refund. I NEVER got an answer as to whether or not they actually had the part! Finally after I left half a dozen calls made and messages l got a text from someone named Lauren saying "Ray was unable to fulfill the order" and l would be refunded. I don't believe a word these people say so l disputed the charge via my credit card company. I don't think these people ever had the part and had no intention of ever fulfilling the order. After reading dozens of reviews on Google I am convinced of this because my experience was the rule, not the exception. I have bought tons of mail order parts from many different companies in the 3 decades I have been involved in Motorsports, This "company" rates among the worst. To advertise a part and then not deliver it in a timely manner and then effectively ghost the customer is tantamount to stealing. Do NOT use this company for anything unless you like being charged for nothing and having your time wasted. They are a sham company out to steal your money. If not, they are a bunch of clueless idiots who shouldn't be running anything and are playing a game at delivering nothing. I have rarely witnessed this level of incompetence. Stay away from Dead Jeep in Rhode Island. They will take your money and lie. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. I wish l had before dealing with them and wasting my time and money.
