I had the car battery light come on and stopped by this store with my kids on Sunday, March 2nd…read morearound 11-noonish. There was a middle aged dark hair guy and an older man working. They had long lines so I waited in line like everyone else. When it was my turn, the dark haired middle aged guy asked what I needed. I explained I didn't know but the battery light came on. He gave me some device and told me to plug it in somewhere. I know nothing about cars. Had absolutely no clue. When I go to my advanced auto parts near Littleton, they come out and help me. Well, I asked him if they could do that and he said he's too busy and can't leave his coworker alone. Ok, that's fine. A customer after me offered to help. He said the employee is not being helpful but I get it, they were busy. I came back later when there was only one person in line and he still didn't want to help me even though I waited long enough and it was my turn. He proceeded to take the next customer so I just went out in my car and signed up for AAA and spent money I did not have today. A few minutes later, that employee that refused to help me was outside helping another customer- a guy with his car. Soon after that, he was working on his own car. They were not very helpful or nice at all here. Prior to this my daughter's car broke down and my pipes broke so I was on my way home to meet the plumber. I wanted to cry but I have to be the strong single mom that I am. I just wish men like this were more accommodating when they see older ladies that could use the help. They seem to help who they want. Discrimination at its best. This is a terrible store. I didn't make a scene. I just left. I really don't need to beg anyone to do their job. If they don't want to help and are just there for a paycheck, karma will come back around to them and their family. Never going back to this store again. Wasn't pleasant at all.

Then it busts through the door and tries to attack my Assistance dog!!! I called and tried to speak with the manager but they put me on hold and never answered. The next managers number on the their door isn't in service. I'm VERY VERY upset on many levels. The lady who finally grabbed the dog didn't even apologize. I hope my assistance dog is able to recover from this issue, he's medically vital to my independence.

While we didn't buy anything, their showroom is beautiful and displays amazing accessories that they make onsite. Frustrated that the company changing my tires failed to do any follow-up after the initial sale, the transparency and communication at Goodyear was refreshing. I hung out in the lobby while the shop performed their magic on my tires. They clearly printed reports to show the measurements that were modified. Pricing is easy to find on the Goodyear website so there's no surprises, and they're always doing some sort of deal over text. Happy I found this chain location for all my future tire needs.

I finally gave up and asked for some quotes from local businesses on hitch receiver installations (to carry a bike rack) for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Nick from Lampert responded first thing the next morning with a more than reasonable quote, time he'd need to complete the job, and scheduling instructions. I was able to schedule a few days later, the whole installation took less than an hour and a half, and the price I paid was exactly what Nick had quoted me. The people there were amazingly friendly and helpful. I asked how long they would be, and they said it would be about an hour and a half. I ended up calling O'Reilly right next door and they were even friendly on the phone telling me more information than autozone, we came to the conclusion it was my battery that was not doing well and they got a sale on a new battery and now things are better. It blows my mind how much the autozone next door did not care at all. It may be just that location as even the guys at O'Reilly said they do that to everyone and I believe It.
