I went up to a counter and asked a few questions. The guy didn't have any immediate answers but went to find them out. It was so weird that no one here spoke at all unless I asked a question. They didn't seem annoyed but just not helpful or friendly at all. Once I took the product home, I found out it was not compatible with my car. I went back the following Monday morning to return and the stars are for the staff there that day who were bright and cheery on a Monday morning. I visited other stores and associates are usually friendly and ask what kind of car I have to provide recommendations/suggestions or compatibility.
