After giving all the information needed to find the right part for my car, I asked if it's refundable (just in case it wasn't the correct one), they reassured me that it was. When the part arrived and didn't fit my car, I went to return it since it was 181 DOLLARS! When i arrived, they told me since they received it from another store, they didn't know if they could refund it. I told them the guy who sold it to me guaranteed me that it's refundable BEFORE PURCHASING. When my boyfriend called to ask about the returned that same morning, they told him now it was a long process to return it and he simply couldn't do it as they're were customers in the store. When my boyfriend ask for the manager since he obviously stated he couldn't help, he got all defensive and started to sweet talk him calling "brother" and trying to cover his ass. My boyfriend simply just want to speak to the manager about why they said it was refundable when we bought it and now they're saying something different. FINALLY, they called back apologizing and refunded it. HOWEVER IT WASNT THE END OF IT. After a week and some days passed by, my money was still not returned. When asking why they didn't return the money, they didn't know. Eventually I believe the female manager rudely responded that it's was a bank issue. I told them it couldn't be a bank issue because banks don't hold your money if it's getting return, they would never reject a return credit or money, as I confirmed this with my bank's associate. When asking, what happens now since My bank confirmed they haven't received no refunded credit on their side, they refused to help at all, stating they cant refund the money again since they already did it once. So in the end, I LOST 181 DOLLARS FROM A PART I RETURNED!!!! AND THE ONLY WAY I RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK WAS BY DISPUTING THE TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK. So overall, these people literally are straight up bs. They tell u one thing, then change their minds, and when trying to figure out what's going on (since 181 dollars isn't just couch money), they respond to you rude and unprofessional and simply will tell u we can't refunded your money again bc there nothing we can do. Simply take your business somewhere else, I found the CORRECT part for 100 dollars cheaper at O'Reilly and AutoZone, so please do you're OWN research. My wife took her Ford Fusion there last year because the "check engine" light was on. Natually, she received no return calls, so I phoned them one day and told them, "This is [wife's name]'s husband. We are coming over tomorrow to pick up her car, which she brought in several days ago. Kindly have it ready for us." I drove her over there, and they returned the car without any fuss (we just showed them the paperwork). In fact, they hadn't done any work at all on it, so there was no charge. (Not that I wouldn't have disputed it if there had been.) You'd think that was the end of it, but a couple of days after we got her car back, my wife needed to put something in the trunk. She opened it, and there were several boxes of computer paper! Not only had Galpin done no work on the car, they casually used it for storage. I suppose we could have just kept the paper (or given it away), or at least charged them a storage fee, but we decided it wouldn't be worth the bother. We returned the paper to them.

I came to this location on a Monday morning after speaking to Cody, the receptionist, who was very pleasant and informative. I was there within an hour of my call. Candy, the welder, came out to speak to me and to inspect the damage. I had to leave my car due to the type of damage I caused to the rim. Fortunately, they had a slot available and were able to fix the rim within 24 hours. Candy literally made it look brand new. Best customer service ever and extremely reasonable prices. I will never go anywhere else. So glad I was referred here.

I get that it's difficult going to a dealership nowadays but if i were to get another Kia, i would come right back here without question. I didn't like the dealer add ons but they did manage to get me the payments i wanted, the rate was way better than i got from chase. Angel was my sales guy. Very rare nowadays but he's authentic and i'm glad my appointment was with him. He took care of me and showed me the vehicle i wanted. We took a test drive and that was it, i knew i wanted her. He worked with the finance people and managed to get me my rate. Took care of the vehicle before i picked it up and showed me around the functions. Overall, look for Angel, he's a honest good guy. Farid is the manager that approached me while waiting and offered me a drink and was nice enough to chat with me while my paperwork was being written up. Congratulated me in the end and also said goodbye which i appreciated. Jacob, reached out to me on the phone in the morning concerning my appointment with Angel and i appreciated him for that. Made my appointment seemless. Finally Russell. Just all around great finance manager. Got my rate and then made it way lower while i was able to get additional packages. So that was really cool. I didn't want the packages but if the terms were the same but the rate and payment went down, then i'm all for it. Thank you for taking great care of me Russell. Hopefully i got his name right. Overall, it was a great experience, my only complaints are dealer add ons and i wish i got the exact car i wanted with the additional GT1 package but it was sold and i got the 2nd best. The service at this place is TERRIBLE. It's gone downhill so badly the past few years. We live…read morewithin walking distance, but every single time it's an issue that is it becoming burdensome to use this location. Terrible communication. No replies. Hours to let you know your car has been sitting there ready for pick up. They lost our key once for half a day and offered up no loaner car for us to get to work, yet we had no car cause the key was lost! They never reply when your car is ready, so it just sits there. Today was the icing on the cake...they tried to charge us for a tire saying it was "wear" that they chalked damage on (which is covered under the tire plan we have). Glad I had photos and documentation of it, but wasted 45 mins of our lives having to fight with them. Their first solution was to put the busted tire back on the car for us-- what kind of service center says that? Also, we have a lease that is almost ready to turn in, so why would we pay $511 for a tire wear that is about to be turned in? I hope the new owners here have a place to improve the service center, because this is not BMW level service! We love sticking close to the neighborhood, but this place has become such a headache- they just do not seem to care anymore.
