Came in here because we wanted to buy some supplies to wash our cars and we did we came in we were welcomed by Preston and Bert Preston gave us great customer service he showed us a specific great product that's I guess used for people who don't wax their cars the soap he recommended which we bought he informed us of the product and how to use it thank you Preston Bert helped us out as well and recommended a stain remover told us what supplies we needed to take the stains off and also offered a brush you can use manually or put on a drill but we already had one but we appreciate the suggestions when we went to check out Bert informed us about the email subscription by text and email lol both of these guys did a great job honestly I'd rather buy my own supplies here to clean my car than go to a car wash the products they have are amazing I am a satisfied customer and so is my husband so thank you Preston and Bert read more

Got car wash stuff. Their stuff is highly regarded everywhere around LA their products are sold in dept stores and pep boys so might get it cheaper there but butter wet wax smells so freaking good. Makes the 4 hours to perfect my car have a job well done smell to it after Verrrry niiice read more

This place is a car enthusiast's dream. My buddy showed me this place and it is awesome. The products here do cost more than your typical Walmart auto supplies but they are worth it. And actually I price checked the Chemical Guys P40 Detailer Sprayable Carnuba...it was the same price as Walmart. The difference here is that the staff helps you and will find the product based off you and your cars needs. I neglected my rims for so long that they were just black. Got some supplies from here and the chrome rims finally showed up. 100% I recommend this store and the products that they have. read more

Because I love to wash all my cars by hand every weekend I decided to try out their products. I love the microfiber towels that this company manufactures. It performs extremely well. In addition their large sized Wholly Mammoth drying towel works extremely well. I have one designated for each car. The wash and wax soap keeps the paint on them shiny and slick. Their car cleaning supplies are of excellent quality. All my cars are kept clean and pristine. A well kept clean car is a good car. read more

I just discovered this place as I live close by. ALL the guys here are GREAT and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I bought a bunch of stuff here and spent a lot of money in order to be able to wash my car myself since I am SICK of going to ghetto car washes only to have to wait HOURS for them to do a SHITTY job and risk them scratching my car. I am also sick of spending $25. + on car washes every week only to drive off and have water streaks all over my car! So the money was well spent here and the products they sell are among the BEST for your car! I did buy some items that later were needed to be returned but these items were unopened and still in their original packages, I also brought in the receipt. The guys took back the items without a problem and I actually wound up purchasing more supplies while I was there. They couldn't honor their pricing on chemicalguys.com and tried up charging me. Should of been $19.99 + tax and came out to $33.xx. In the end he said $27.xx was the best he could do and gave me bogus that shipping has to be included even though I'm in the storefront?? Could have easily purchased the same products for less on the chemical guys website or Amazon Prime. The staff with follow you around the store and make you feel very uncomfortable. This was my first visit to a brick and mortar chemical guys location and probably my last . One of the gentlemen kept following me around the store from one side to another . To be honest I wanted to be left alone and carefully select what "I " wanted to buy. My plan was to buy quites few items since I had budgeted $150 to spend but I only ended up walking out with 4 items. I just wanted to buy something at this point so I could just leave . On the other hand The guy at the register was pretty cool. He priced match a "Mr. pink" to a griots garage soap . It was only a few dollars discount but it made me feel like he appreciated my business. Overall this was a bad experience. Next time I will just other from their online store. read more

Store has a bunch of amazing Car Cleaning Product . But they don't have a posted Return Policy . Bought the terrible smelling Hand Sanitizer and tried to return 2 out of the 4 unopened still in plastic Sanitizers. Employee told me they are not returnable . When I told them they have to post something he said " it's on the receipt " and proceeded to show me on the receipt where it says so. So you're telling me that I have to buy the product to find out I can't return it. By state law if you don't have a return policy on such items, it needs to be posted. This is a violation of California Civil Code section 1723. All I wanted was Store Credit but the guy was such a smart ass about it . It just made it a terrible shopping experience. read more

This is a great place! I've seen Chem Guys on tons of YT channels and wanted to give it a try. I recently bought a used car that needed help. It had fadded headlights, hard spots, grim dust etc. I worked with Alex to ask my questions and get the right product. He even took the products outside to test them to ensure they worked on the car. I spent about $200 but have enough supplies to wash both my cars and keep them protected and in great condition. I'm certainly not buying Autozone cleaning supplies again! read more

For years I have taken my car to get washed by someone else and lately I have become increasingly disappointed with the quality of wash my car gets. I've never really washed my car on my own before and had no idea what products I needed to do this. Luckily, Jeremy at Detail Garage was patient, understanding, and answered all of my questions and offered me the products that best suited my needs. I went home and washed my car and couldn't have been happier with the result. About $25 for soap, microfiber towel, and a scrub and I'll get quite a few washes out of these products.
