She told me that there was one person ahead of me and that she would get to me asap. When it was my turn, Tina could tell that I was not comfortable standing and offered me her chair. Her kindness touched me. Other customers were coming in. Tina acknowledged each person with a kind word and managed to get to each and everyone, by multitasking and making sure that each customer was satisfied. Tina fixed my phone in moments and I ended up adding batteries and light bulbs to my order. The prices were fantastic and Tina was the best!

I entered the store at the same time as another customer. I passed a group of 20 something males who I assumed were customers making jokes and messing around with product. I found the wipers in the next isle, and then I heard someone say: "hey ni**er," followed by "if you don't like it you can get the fu*k out the country." I was shocked, looked up and saw one of the guys who was standing in the store at the checkout counter working with a customer. I'm guessing he knew the customer because there was 0 reaction. Another one of the guys walked back behind the counter and laughed a joked with the guy at the register. Neither was in a uniform, one was in a camo jacket, they just didn't care who was in the store and said whatever they wanted. I'm guessing it was a joke? But it wasn't funny. I left immediately and will never shop at your store. You'll probably do nothing, and I don't care. I just want people to know who your employees are and how they treat customers.
