Try to charge me another $300. I refuse seeing as they already charged me a ridiculous amount and it was for nothing. It is only a couple months later now. I am having engine issues again. Bring it somewhere else obviously and they tell me that no spark plugs were ever changed. They are definitely the originals. What the hell was I charged $1300 for?? Also I was out of a car for a week and a half. I have a job and a life. The woman that works the desk says she is the owner. Learn how to communicate with your customers, be honest with how long it is going to be and maybe try not lying about the work that was done. I'd love to hear from you and get some money back.
