Almost three weeks later and it still looks as bad. Only to find out they said a finger popped it up which means it should have been fixed right then and there. I buy several cars ever other year and I tried this place and they are horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! You'll regret it and have to go else where like me. I'll be posting this everywhere I can. They shouldn't have a business. Adam is ignorant and cocky about his work but it sucks!

I came in for an oil change and wanted them to check on my brakes and price replacing the pads…read more They proceeded to show me that all the pads needed replacement and that I had already wore into the rear rotors so they needed to be replaced but that my front ones were ok as long as the pads were replaced. I was going to be doing a great deal of driving in the upcoming week and feel very fortunate that they were so helpful. My vehicle new to me but I guess the previous owners did not maintain the brakes as they should be, so they had to do a great deal of extra work to get the job done and I appreciate their hard work and commitment to provide only the services that are truly needed. Not just trying to sell me something or a service that I really didn't need. Will be using them for all my auto needs going forward.

I want to thank the guys who helped me with my car on 9/13/21. Unfortunately I can't remember their…read morenames but I can tell you I was there around 8:00-8:30 pm. I had went to a different business earlier in the day because my headlights went out. At the different business we tried a new bulb but that didn't work so he said it had to be a fuse but then refused to help me any further. Long story short after purchasing new fuses at a separate Advanced auto, still no luck. Worried it was going to get dark soon I went to the Advanced Auto closer to me on 38th st to return the fuses. The guys listened to my story about trying both a bulb and a fuse. They went above and beyond working with me for at least an hour trying to solve the problem. Unfortunately we never figured out the issue so I ended up going to a mechanic today. Turns out it was in fact both bulbs had burned out!! And although it turned out to be the bulbs after all, the guys listened to me when I said I had already tried that which is why we didn't check the bulbs a second time. They didn't push anything on me and actually paid attention to what I said I had already tried, and as a female that is so very much appreciated! Plus they worked effortlessly trying to help me solve the problem! They reminded me why I usually always go to Advanced Auto first! I had only went to the other business first because I commute to and from work and it was on my way home. Thank you thank you, for going out of your way to listen to me and trying your best to help!

Recently went to Falls Park Tire and Auto on a local recommendation to replace two rear calipers on…read moremy Honda. When I picked up the vehicle the two calipers looked drastically different from each other. One shiny silver. The other charcoal black/grey. Drove it locally for less than a day and rust appeared all over the one dark colored caliper. When I called to let them know they said bring it back in and we will check it out. So I had to return within 48 hours of spending $437 for two calipers I was told were purchased from Auto Zone. They did replace it - as a courtesy as I was "concerned" about rust on a brand new part. And yep, it's not the same color either. So I drove by Auto Zone and was told the different colored caliper in no way came from them. So, not sure if it's manufactured or what but I didn't expect to pay for unmatching calipers and cannot trust where the product came from. Hopefully this one works well and doesn't rust unexpectedly. I am surprised by my experience given all the reviews, but I have to share my experience. See photos of "new" caliper with rust and the final two calipers with drastically different finish claimed to be from Auto Zone.

While I wait he gave me a Taco Bell combo. He told me some sales people is under pressure to make sales. I do have slow motor skills and a speech impediment and I wish if people who has these are not high pressure into a choice. If Matt Steinbrink and Todd Johnson just say sorry and agree to be less high pressure to people who have speech impediment and slow motor skills in the future. I would remove any and all negative reviews. Unfortunately I tried to get refinance but the online paperwork is to confusing to me.
