The gentleman who helped him was friendly & informative. My partner was given options based, but was given a "better" option after explaining all the things he would like to get installed in our car. As we drove away with the new battery, I was told that the same gentleman who helped him was also the one who talked him out of a battery previously. Turns out my man's truck needed a new fuel pump at that time and not a battery. This gentleman helped him figure that out and sent him on his way instead of selling something the hubster didn't need. He's also better priced here than Autoreilly's and O'zone.

I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

I called Audio Express and got a quote, but they didn't sound very confident. Then I called Sound Image and spoke with Will and that changed everything for me. He was friendly, knowledgable, and had that old school "I got you" vibe. Almost a year later, still holding onto the advertisement, I called again and told them I was coming in for the install on my husband's truck (birthday surprise). I got there right when they opened - First Come First Served 10am. I brought in the system, they verified the price, and within 15 minutes my truck was back there. I had my little guy with me, but he was entertained by the free arcade games, and convo with Jon. Couple hours later my truck was done and the CarPlay System was looking clean in our truck!
