I left and I purchased the part from another dealer. This company has made every things convenient for themselves rather than for their customers. basically they bully their customers. I won't buy anythings from them and do not recommend them to any one. The only way we can change their business model is to go elsewhere where they value and respect their customers.There are hundreds of dealerships in the valley. I went in person to talk about the key and the general manager I believe came to me to talk…read morepersonally saying when I first calls in about the key not working he wasn't there and the sales person I was working with didn't have the authority to fix it without him there he offered to have a person come to my house and fix it for me free of charge and apologize for the situation he was very kind about it and fixed it quickly once I saw him. The person who came to fix my key was very kind and came the next day he finished quicker than the estimate given and ended up giving me a new key because the old one couldn't be fixed so now I have 2 keys. While the key person was there he also did my moms key he ended up discounting my moms key he gave her and he was very sweet I'm not 100% sure why he discontinued but he was very sweet and we appreciated it.

After 2 days of waiting (and some pressure from the sales manager) we were told that they could not fix it and we needed to go to a Kia dealer. We were lucky enough to take it Earnhardt Peoria Kia. Alex, the service advisor, was great. He said that the problem diagnosed by the other dealer was under warranty and could be fixed. Also, there were several recall issues that had not been addressed and they would also fix them. He did say that it could possibly take a day or two. Well, 5 hours later he called to say that everything was done and we could pick up our call. One of the technicians (I wish we had gotten his name) was able to work on our car. Thank you so much to both of them. After the poor service we had received from the other dealership this was amazing customer service. From now on this is where we will be bringing our car.

After standing in line for almost 20 minutes I'm next but the employee Sebastian yells at the line, "who's here to pick up" everyone behind me says they are. Guess who gets help before me? All of them. Again I had an appointment and I had already been here today, I just need a patch for a screw that's already marked on my tire. Instead of taking two seconds to ask me what I needed, he made me wait even longer then once he was done he grabbed another employee to help me. I got all new tires at another discount recently, just going to go back to that location next time. Corporate clearly needs to help this location, avoid until then. I'm sitting here after being here almost an hour staring at my untouched car, listening to the employees yelling "f***" clearly from the car bays with my kids.
