I purchased the battery from another location that was cLosed at the time of my arrival at this particular store which is close to my home. I can understand them not being able to pull records, switch warranty information without the actual receipt......all that is fine so I was told. The unfortunate part was it was late and I was treated with horrible customer service......tHe worst by a guy Donald that wasn't helpful at all. He basically said your battery is testing badly....I can tell it's fairly new, you are having issues wiith your vehicle starting and it's one of our batteries, but since you don't proof of purchase and you didn't buy it here.....I can't help you. Customer service was horrible and it was worst when I came in close to closing and it seemed as if I was bothering them. Take care of your customers and you can't apologize sincerely and give the options but don't be rude and inconsiderate. You never know what someone else is going through.
