When I pulled in front of the store one of their clerks was standing with a customer with his trunk opened. Before I got out of the car I wanted to know if they could check my car because the engine light was on, so I waited until he was about to go back into the store before I interrupted him. I really just wanted to make sure they could do it because I had stopped at another place they said they didn't have the device, that someone stole it. Anyway, the young man went into the store and sent another very kind man out to check my car, then he went in and printed out the read out of the diagnostic. The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

I was wrapping up a brakes and rotors job for my car when disaster struck. Their email didn't include my name, the address they had, or even the order number. I had no way of validating this wasn't a phishing email. Besides, their own order confirmation page showed my address on a map, so I know it was valid. I replied generically asking for confirmation they weren't a phisher, and received a "sorry for the inconvenience" email followed by a "your order has been refunded". Not a company I would trust.
