My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

I called a day before i could get there to see if I had to schedule. A lady took my ipad info so they could have the glass in stock. I was told it would take a couple hours since the Ipad had not been opened. They had the iphone glass in stock. When I arrived, they went to work on the ipad right away. I had planned to have lunch and work on my laptop, They pointed me towards Little Greek which had a great Greek salad with meat on top. They finished the ipad within 2 hours and it had better glass than new. I then waited the short time for the iphone. The tech showed me that the camera was defective. I did not know if that was a glass problem or another problem. He had a new camera in stock and replaced it in short order. That was much needed as I am doing more videos now and thought i would have to wait for Apple to reopen their stores. Honest, intelligent and timely. However, this place is only worth 1 star for the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My dad came in today to pick up the battery he ordered and to have it installed. Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment.
