When I pulled in front of the store one of their clerks was standing with a customer with his trunk opened. Before I got out of the car I wanted to know if they could check my car because the engine light was on, so I waited until he was about to go back into the store before I interrupted him. I really just wanted to make sure they could do it because I had stopped at another place they said they didn't have the device, that someone stole it. Anyway, the young man went into the store and sent another very kind man out to check my car, then he went in and printed out the read out of the diagnostic. The man there was burly and gruff and said he'd check with his boss. Another equally gruff and burly gentleman eventually stepped out from the back with a plain silver sun shade. He loudly announced without any prompting, that it was perfectly good and "fits all size cars!" That seemed fine, so I proceeded with the purchase. He mentioned again, more than once, that it was a one-size fits all. I got the new sunshade in my car and tried it out... it is, in fact, slightly too large. LOL. I don't know if he was afraid he wouldn't make the sale? Or what? It struck me as a little odd, considering what a big deal he'd made over whether or not it would fit. It's no big deal... I just fold over the edges a bit to make it fit.

We came in very close to closing with a flat tire while traveling from Irving to McKinney, and Eduardo could have very easily turned us away for the day. Instead, he came outside to help us and treated us with so much kindness and urgency. Because we don't live in the area, leaving our car overnight would have been extremely difficult for us, and to our surprise, they were able to get the tire fixed right then and there. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Eduardo and his team absolutely deserve recognition (and a raise!).
