I went to them to simply get a refund of about $50 so I could go to Verizon and replace my phone with a new phone. Instead I was forcefully pushed out the store causing injuries to my fore arm face ankle and underarm. I fully intend on pressing assault charges and will be going through the courts to get my money back and for the damage to my $700+ sunglasses that are prescription. So unless you want bad customer service and possibly get assaulted I recommend not using them for anything.

I took my MacBook Air to Hartland to have the keyboard replaced; one of the key caps had come off…read moreand simply no longer worked. I also took in a older MacBook Pro that would no longer boot up. When I got my computers back (at more than $200) things were fine -- for about a month or so. The trackpad on the Air stopped working and the cursor frequently moved on its own. I took it to the Apple Store and they replaced the trackpad. The cursor problem got worse. Back at the Apple Store again, they said that the back of the computer did not match the top of the computer -- the serial numbers didn't match and evidently the trackpad didn't fit correctly when it was replaced by Hartland. The cursor issue was also caused because the back had been replaced by a back that didn't match. I ended up having to buy a new MacBook Air; the Apple Store did credit me for the trackpad they replaced but I was still out a lot of money because of what Hartland did. I guess they figured it didn't matter if they used cheap or substitute parts. Or maybe they just don't want to repair computers any longer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
