At least 6 employees working, not one greeted or offered to help. All walked by me while seeing I was waiting to purchase, none stopped to ring me up or anything. There was no one else but me in line either. And the staff was just talking to each other not even working. I see why this place had low stars when I went on to review it myself. I'd rather drive out of my way to go to a different store than shop at this store again. Hopefully if I ever do return the staff makes the customer the priority. I find it funny that there were two people before me purchasing windshield wipers on a rainy day. A mother and daughter were putting on their wipers as I walked into the store. I was lucky to have this guy named Angel help me with mine. When I asked him, he looked to see that there was no one in line, and kindly said he would help me. i went into west florida location and its showing in their system that my brakes have all been returned at a location i haven't been to since 2021. and essentially what happened is some low iq employee marked my brakes warranties as returned. so then i went to the sanderson location to try to figure this all out. and some older hispanic manager returned them like he was doing me a favor when in reality i spent cold hard cash for two sets of brakes front and back that i rotate. it was a joke. they're on some juice, coin clipping bs and i have way too many options to deal with that so o'reilys just got themselves a new customer. they're doing shady business in order to not honor their warranties. read more

I would put 0 stars but not going to lie I have had good customer service before today, and just because I had the worst experience in our life's with customer service today with manager Michael. He needs below 0 stars ! Walked in because we received the wrong stuff for our truck and just told him gave me the wrong items, he proceeded to tell us that he never makes mistakes, we just told him ok oil is open it's ok we are here just to get the right ones, we will pay ... he just kept on and on and on with same thing I never make mistakes if you wanted the right items you shouldn't of jsent your wife and he was starting to raise his voice I said you know what we just going to get some else to help us, he told us with raised voice no one else is going to help you here , he started laughing and saying I probably make more money then you what do you carry? I went into Auto Zone with my son's car and Craig S. was very helpful. I wanted to make sure that the car was safe for my son to drive out of town. Never go to this location either they will sell you a faulty part or you will call in for a part go to pick it up and when you get home it won't fit. Went to buy a tensioner pulley for 45 bucks come home doesn't fit and then I go back and they say well they put in the wrong vehicle info now I'm walking out paying 120 dollars and I have to wait till the part comes in. How come it's easier for me to pull up a part online by myself then these people who are so called experts. read more

I purchased snow chains and the manager was super helpful. He walked me through putting the chains on my tires. The instructions he gave were perfect. I went to Big Bear the next day and put the chains on like a champ. Great customer service read more

I was surprised how bad the service was at this store. As a previous reviewer mentioned for the Valle Vista location, I had a similar experience with the female manager at this store on July 5, 2014. She personally decided that she would not allow me to return an unused, un-installed part even though the policy on the receipt clearly indicates this is fine. She told me "her" policy was not to accept it and that she had already done us a favor the day before in allowing us to return another part when we realized it wouldn't work with the vehicle we have. She was unnecessarily rude, unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional. We returned later in the day and the staff gladly returned it for and refunded the money, but I don't think I'll be returning or recommending this shop to ANYONE in Hemet. read more

WARNING......DON'T GO HERE ! !... WARNING... I came in for just oil and a filter. The employees were talking in the back room behind the wall of the cash registers. After 5 min. of foul language I said can I check out ? The manager Juan cam out to check me out. I used my REWARDS on my Auto Zone card and then presented my $10.00 gift card from Auto Zone for buying over priced spark plugs for my truck. The manager said OH. I cant use the gift card after I gave your the credit from your rewards card. The transaction needs to be done the other way. I said OK do it.. Juan replied I need to cash you out and refund the rewards card then do the gift card second. but now I will have to wait a day after refunding the rewards money.. WHAT ?? Let me start by saying, I am a chick so these places uitterly confuse me. With that being said I have rarely had a bad experience here customer service wise. Could be because I am a chick or it could be just good employees. With that being said if they don't have what you need then they will call other stores to find it. Almost unheard of in today's society. So that is a HUGE plus. The employees are pretty knowledgable and helpful. Whenever I buy wiper blades someone always comes out to help me install them. I LOVE turning "blonde" around car stuff :) Watch out fo who hangs out in the parking lot though. Not sure why Auto Zone is a huge place for panhandlers. But whatever! read more

My husband has been coming here for years and never had a bad experience since now. He had ordered a part that was suppose to ship in the following day and ended up not arriving at all. When he was asking for a refund, the store manager Tomas, would not give him a refund stating that he given him the part already. Basically calling my husband a liar. In the end, the store employee that originally submitted his order was there and conversed with his manager what had happened and the issue was resolved. I'd like to give five star to Bryan Smith of the Stetson Ave and State Auto Zone which doesn't come up on Yelp for some reason. Anyhow today I needed a light bulb and he was very kind although he couldn't physically help me he coached me through every step of the way and I was able to learn how to change my light bulb in my car because of him. I was very disappointed with the store manager Tony. I Asked him to check my battery and alternator three days ago and he confirmed that my battery was good and my alternator was bad. no problem so i bought the alternator and a day later my battery dies on my way to work and he refused to replace my battery. later that evening when he was off manager juan took good care of me and replaced my battery. I was all though my voltage gage wasnt reading correctly so i went to the autozone in san jacinto and come to find out stor manager tony had sold me a remanufactored altenator for the price as a new one and it was faulty. so they swaped it out and all is well. but Tony has horrible custmoer service not helpful at all and ive heard the same comments from his own staff. read more

I was there on a very quiet mid-week day. Ended up standing in line with one other person for 15 minutes while being ignored by staff -not even eye contact. Witnessed one other customer with a question being blown off because the employee behind the counter he asked was busy. When my turn finally came up the guy I saw was impatient and rude. NEVER ever going back in there. Plenty of other options. The staff seem knowledgeable, *if* you can connect with them, but customers seem invisible until the staff are good and ready to deal with you. They guy I dealt with was in desperate need of customer service classes. At least that was my personal experience. Good luck. read more

When I got to the counter I told them what part I needed. He asked me if that was a relay. I said, "Its a solenoid." He then switched registers with another guy. 2 minutes later he came back and asked the next customer in line if he could help them. I went across the street and bought the solenoid. Before i could even ask this question I was standing in line for about 15 minutes. July 5th at 11am we got in line with our one item purchase. There was one person in front of us. Over 10 minutes later we were stil second in line. Both of the clerks that had been working at the counter had left and it was several minutes before another clerk came from the back of the store. He started helping the person in front of us, but didn't seem to be able to answer the customers question. Although there appeared to be twice as many employees in the store than there were customers, no one seem at all interested in ringing up our one small item purchase. After 15 minutes waiting we set our purchase on the counter and left. Pep Boys was just down the street and they carried just what we wanted. There were 2 people in line in front of us and we were checked out and on our way 5 minutes after walking into the store. Auto Zone lost us as a customer. read more

If I could give it a zero star I would. 12/12/2015 waited in line for 15 min to pay for one item ordered a part was supposed to arrive at 7pm and never got ordered delaying a 1 1/2 hour job a whole day very unsatisfied with their service they either need to train more people do to the amount of customers that actually shop here or have the rest of the crew in the back come up to the front and help get rid of the rush. If you can its worth the drive go to the one in San Jacinto off Esplanade and San Jacinto ave. They handle the rush a whole lot better and are always helpful read more
