Saying if it's not out there then we don't have it and I said "well, there's no way that it could be in the back or somewhere else out front maybe I'm missing it, or anything of the sort?" they said no I'm getting a shipment that I have to unload so it's not out there and the website is wrong. I said OK so for sure it's not in the store and I maybe missed it they said no. Mind you they said all this with a complete and utter bad attitude. So I went back over to the bulbs looked again slowly and BAM RIGHT THERE! So I went back, paid for it, and asked if they required to stay behind the counter, or if they have the ability to leave the counter to help look for something. They looked at me strange like what do you mean? I said well I was looking for a product. I asked if you guys had if it was anywhere potentially I couldn't see and you didn't offer any assistance. Just it wasn't there. They proceeded to raise thier voice, get rude, and have a bad attitude. Saying I should have said come help me find it... yet that is what I said just not that phrase. I guarantee this is not the first time they have had a complaint. Get this trash out of the store or teach them how to do proper customer service. Or fire the manager for not training.

    Sure they help you install wipers when you buy them there, but Benjamin went out of his way, in the…read moremisting rain, to help clean our windshield. He had to put extra effort to help scrub sap off the windshield and tried to help us diagnose what the possible issues were. He was so knowledgeable and gave us a few ideas on how to fix our problem. Custome service above and beyond. Kudos to you Benjamin!

So I canceled my order & had to wait until Monday to grt my $ back on my card. But by tgen my routers were shot along with my old breaks. I had no more $ set aside for buying new ones. I was very upset but we were sent a $5.00 gift card and a few days later my breaks showed up even after I canceled them..only THERE NOT THE RIGHT BREAKS... so now im BROKE, VERY VERY BAD BREAKS & ROATERS[ IM MORTAFIED EVEN TRYING TO DRIVE MY CAR ITS SO LOUD & DANGEROUS] But I have to because I clean vacation rentals all around 5 town in diffrent places daily and I just want to say IM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE INTIRE ORDEAL & THINK AT THIS POINT MY BREAKS & ROARERS SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE. Its take a total of 2 weeks from start to now to end up with NO BREAKS ON MY CAR & NOW NEEDING ROTERS.     I came in to get an oil drain pan and an oil filter. I was absolutely blown away by how great the…read moreservice provided by the employee was, and how how low the prices were. When I attempted to pay for the oil pan and filter, the extraordinarily helpful employee asked me if I needed that big of an oil pan, and if not, they had a great deal on a a smaller drain pan, a funnel, shop towels, and hand cleaner, all for significantly less money than the oil pan I originally selected. She also offered another deal on brake fluid, brake cleaner, and lubricant, but I did not need this one. She also set me up for the Autozone Rewards program, which basically gives members $20 for every $100 spent. She was also incredibly friendly, supremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the complimentary window decals for recording the mileage when one changes their oil.

We can swap them out, and when I got there the manager said they needed the receipt when I used my phone number. I wasn't asking for money back. I just wanted to swap out them out for the halogen bulbs and get the remainder on a gift card. What's the point in using for your phone when purchasing things if they can't look up your transactions.

    My customer loyalty remains with this auto parts store for many reasons...Outstanding customer…read moreservice (especially manager Shelby and Justin), attentiveness, product selection, and highly knowledgeable employees. I am "automotive challenged" yet each time I need help they're patient, willing to explain things in a way I can understand and help with diagnostics whenever possible. As a senior, I recently found myself quite challenged as the first time ever solely responsible for and needing to learn about caring for my older car. But each time the staff here have taught me valuable things, leaving less anxious, more confident and eager to learn more. At this Auto Zone the level of care and concern for customer's well-being I've not commonly found in businesses today. I'm grateful and a forever loyal fan!

    This is by far the best experience I have ever had at an AutoZone. I already had a horrible day…read morefinding out my batteries had to be replaced. I was dreading the cost and it seemed like the day was starting off on the wrong foot. The clerk ("Shelby) found the two replacement batteries immediately before you could say "lickety-split". Not only that, she looked on historical purchase records (attached to my phone number) and informed me that my warranty was still in effect for the batteries I had to replace, and brought it to my attention. So not only did I get excellent service, I came out of the store feeling like the world was lifted off my shoulders (the expense of the 2 new batteries was now offset). When I came back with the old batteries, she was outside helping another customer with light bulb replacement, and she remembered me immediately and greeted me. I just can enough good things about this employee "Shelby"! If she is a manager, then GREAT. But if I was in upper management, I would keep her on track to be more than just a single store manager. She is that very hard to find "needle in they haystack" for Autozone.
