If I could give it many negative stars I totally would they probably abuse me after I paid them…read more$1200 to do a job they did not do in the first place as a matter fact I received my vehicle back in worse shape than what it was when I gave it to them for the repairs they screamed cuss words at me calling me horrible swear words because i politely asked them to at very least fix my air conditioning back to the halfway working order iit was before they charged me to actually fix it because now it won't even turn on at all he started cus and slammed the phone in my ear i tried calling back after letting it register how he had just treated me in disbelief I called to ask them to please put my jeys in my car I'd come pick it up they refused to answer my call so I waited a bit and used my friends phone to call the lady that originally called me with a quote of yet another 540 dollars to fix my air conditioner and now ironically my ignition coil pack was bad and that's their explanation why my car was now running extremely rough after just 42 minutes of total drive time since they repaired the car lol but they had to have damaged the ignition coil pack doing the tune up or something because I work at auto zone as a manager i simply ran it for any new trouble codes the day before bringing it back to them after they had already done all those repairs because I was afraid it was going to leave me stranded on the side of the road now so I only paid them $1200 to fix something that came back to me more broke than what it was in the beginning but now I have more parts that I'm told have to be replaced due to their negligence in my opinion, I can't say for absolute sure but i said I'd come pick my car up and she was extremely rude now too sh snapped at me and said yup they're in there and i politely asked for the name of who was in charge of the business she was very rude and said you don't need to know absolutely anything and hung up on me yet again so I got a ride to go pick my car up and get there to find my car parked on the road downtown barely in the parking spot couldn't find my actual keys anywhere so dreading to have to go in and ask for them I'm reluctantly shutting my car door and I see my keys underneath my actual car on the road lol I was absolutely floored I am astonished that someone that runs a business especially this day and age in a small awesome town that we live in here is still in business at all verbally abusive and basically krooks in my opinion they charged me for a job that was never done they broke my vehicle more and it's my only means of transportation for my own livelihood to maintain my bills and my life I don't have any extra money for another vehicle or ano thousand dollars to fix whatever they claim needs t be done now so i'm now bringing it to another mechanic to find out what's going on and how he can help me and how much that's gonna cost me but he's gonna let me actually use a loaner car while he does the work and ironically when I told him what happened to me, he said now I am the fourth customer that he has had out in Coopersville there had a story about the same auto value in Sparta and how they were treated and taken advantage of people WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL DOING BUSINESS TO BEGIN WITH THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN!! I was better off just going to the local junk yard and picking the nearest POS to tow off because that's what I eventually had to do not even 2 weeks later! I came in and these gentleman seemed very nice and knowledgeable and kind! Pictures of children and family they seemed very proud of the business. What a facade! I told them I was looking for a reliable vehicle that would last us some time seeing as we have had terrible times in the past with vehicles and we were ready to have something nice for our family! I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain. I drove several vehicles on his lot and test drove this certain one for quite a while before deciding on my purchase. Not even 3 days later it started to jerk and shake every time I would stop at a stop light or stop sign! I eventually ended up stranded and had to get a tow and took to a mechanic and it was a timing chain.... all spark plugs, and coil. The mechanic informed us that the vehicle was put through all sorts of hell and half arsed work, that it's had several un maintained issues! It burns oil like no other, has a exhaust issue and now after dropping over 1,500$ into it AFTER PURCHASE we have some now new unknown issue where it just starts to sputter and jerk again and slowly dies out and stops running literally whenever it wants! They took our Van that had a pretty decent running engine no check engine light at all, and they made sure we had to trade it in so we would be stuck with the vehicle they sold us! I now regret not just keeping my van and putting the work into that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! This will be the biggest mistake and regret you will ever have! I now have no vehicle and a son who has to go to physical therapy twice and week and a husband who now has to walk 3 miles to work and back! On top of not being able to take care of my elderly mother daily! THEY DO NOT CARE! Ryan clearly knows the situation and pretty much said it's our issue now! He did offer us to bring it to his mechanic and he would take a look! Yeah ok let me pay that tow bill 2hrs away after I am scratching pennies together to get through the week after spending everything on fixing the timing chain! Gary had no issues adding oil and recharging air conditioning system even though specifications for amounts and size were not available. Reset front alignment toe-in easily and commented about extra slop in rack n pinion steering (which I will fix later). their alignment machine automatically checks all settings of alignment, so I was able to confirm the settings that I personally made. Very interesting and informative for a car guy. In another session, worked on my old 2006 Lincoln LS air conditioning. Was not blowing cold air. Gary knew that It was an old car that I drive by myself infrequently and did not want to spend excess money on. He reversed the pressure relief valve in the variable output compressor for full time full output for good enough performance. Cost $125 rather replace compressor and condensor for $750. Just what I needed. Very knowledgeable mechanics.
