A short bit later, I believe it was the president/owner, came out to talk. We kicked around some ideas, and I was on my way. No pressure sales tactics. I took a card, and said I may be in touch. I appreciated that treatment. I can't speak to their service, but so far, I was treated well and would consider coming back if I needed anything.

Two other guys attempted to find a snow blower part on Cub Cadet's online shop manual (man, that thing needs a rework) and they couldn't find it despite me knowing the part name (see why it needs a rework). Brian knew exactly what the part did and was able to find it on the site , no problem. Once again, I blame the online parts manual more than any person. She was able to help me find several plants that met my wants, and explained the care needed for each. We even followed up via FB Messenger to make sure I had the correct names of my plant babies, lol! Make sure to follow her FB page as updates are posted often (for example, she may open shop on a day she's normally closed, deals/sales for the day, photos of new inventory, raffles/events, etc).
