Fortunately, after a week I was able to get a refund after I was told it would be a 'first and last' because they don't refund products taken out of their store. I asked, "how would I know it work(s)/fit or is right product?". "That's the risk you take", store personal said. I've never experienced those type of issues with Advance Auto Part, or in O'Reilly Auto Parts. Reason why I went to NAPA is because its two streets down my house, but I know I will never go back to this NAPA again. Also, not enough product options.

Parts of me thought it a bad idea, but those parts were wrong because now she's mine. They weren't particularly nice to us at Advance and we weren't able to find any of the things that Barbie needed. It's not my favourite place by any stretch of the imagination and we were better off at AutoZone down the road in the end. Cheaper and had more to offer in terms of what we actually needed for the lights and wiring in the car.

This location had my alternator for pickup and it was quite a morning! It's an all female staff during the day and they are all so awesome! Charlie helped me test my battery and alternator since my car died on the way there and again when I parked. She is amazing and even told me to come back for a battery check after checking in with my mechanic. I came back to recycle my old alternator core with her and she again did an excellent and thorough job checking my engine. True quality service and I'll be coming back again!

My Ford escape brakes they didn't hesitate on saying they could fix them. I approved the first quote of 444$ to replace the routers and the right front caliber. The next day they called and said that with the rust damage to the left front caliber would need to be replaced as well. I approved this repair and now the total was 601$. I thought that was fair and reasonable. Was told the car would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. They called on Tuesday afternoon and said they weren't having difficulties with the brakes and would need more time. I said take all the time you need but verified that I wasn't paying more than the 601$ I had approved. They called Thursday afternoon and tell me the car is ready for pickup. I walk in and now the total is 994$!!!! I asked who authorized the additional repairs? Because I did not. I had to pay an extra 390$ of repairs without my approval. They didn't even try to offer to lower the bill, you would think if you made an error and did repairs without authorization the shop would at least eat the labor costs. I paid the full amount but in protest. I would use caution and make sure you get everything in writing and approved before you have your car repaired at Golden Eagle!

This place did have the battery I was looking for! In fact they carry all kinds of batteries!!! They have batteries for autos, lawnmowers, motorcycles, generators, etc. I've been by here a bunch of times but always thought of it as a battery recycling business which they do, but I didn't realize they also sold all types pod batteries! So if your looking for a battery you can't find at your local auto parts store your best bet would be to give the folks at Golden Eagle Battery a try! They probably have it in stock!

I am so disappointed that this store, despite completing the customer satisfaction survey, has not…read morebeen acknowledged that they made a huge error- leaving the plastic cover on newly installed windshield wipers. Mind you, I came to the store to just get a tire checked. While I was there, I was offerred new windshield wipers to install. The price was comparable to getting them from the part store, so I opted to have it done. It was raining that day and when I received my vehicle I did notice a red object on the driver side wiper, but I thought this was part of its design. It was raining pretty hard, so I couldn't compare until two days later whe I kept noticing that the driver wiper was dragging. I honestly thought that maybe they installed some old wipers because that's the sound the wipers make when they're used up. Upon inspection, I discovered that the wiper still had the red plastic cover on it, which was causing the noise. Once I took it off, the wiper worked fine but goodness, I really felt the store made an huge oversight that could have damaged my windshield. I shared all this in the store's survey feedback over a week ago, but no one has called or sent communication on how they will resolve avoiding this oversight in the future. Stick to Tires DT if you're overwhelmed and too busy to take a piece of plastic off some wipers. Once more, to ask for feedback and do nothing to address the disatisfaction of a customer is useless to do. Stop it.

They also pointed out that my tires were starting to bald which made sense since I was almost at 50k miles and was due for a new set. My original plan was to have Mercedes replace them, but after talking with the technician, we both agreed it probably wasn't safe to drive any farther. I decided to replace all four tires on the spot, and the price was actually a little less than what I would've paid at the dealership. I appreciated how much they genuinely cared about my safety instead of making a sale. despite being very busy, they had all four tires replaced in about 45 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back for any tire needs or minor issues in the future. Great service!

They were able to get me in Monday after incident without an appointment, and a tire was ordered and came in on that very .same day. They communicated with the dealership where I purchased my car in Baton Rouge and the additional tire and rim insurance that was validated and credited. my vehicle was picked up and transported to their dealership from app 4 miles away free of charge, and tire insurance was validated And the work was completed free of charge. Very disappointing experience with BMW Clear Lake Service Department, and not what I would expect…read morefrom a BMW dealership. Their website advertises a $119 service, but they attempted to charge $150. If a price is publicly advertised, customers should not have to question it in order for it to be honored. Their website also promises a 10% discount for PM appointments, which they initially did not apply until I pointed it out. Another major issue: their online booking advertises vehicle pickup and return service. They picked up my BMW from my home, but later told me they would not return it and instead booked the cheapest Uber option so I could go pick up my own vehicle. This forced me to take time off work, which defeats the purpose of offering pickup and return service in the first place. To make matters worse, they even sent the Uber to the wrong address, despite the fact that they clearly had my correct address on file since they picked up the vehicle from my home earlier the same day. After escalating the issue, the Service Director did match the advertised $119 price and applied the 10% discount, which I appreciate. However, customers should not have to escalate issues just to receive what is clearly advertised. For a BMW dealership that represents the BMW brand, I expected much better transparency, organization, and customer care. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for service and cannot recommend BMW Clear Lake.

I paid for a new control switch, when I used it to turn on the wipers the control switch fell off. I paid for mirror replacements and the mirror just flops around.
