Wes was not condescending or irritated by questions. He was respectful and patient as he explained my car is so new it's difficult to determine the viscosity of oil. He called Just Tires for me to inquire whether they had the oil. They claimed to. However, after I left my car over there they called and said they didn't have the right oil. It seems dealerships are capitalizing on this though nice and helpful folks like Wes deserve the business more.

Great physical work and solid alignment, but phone communication needs improvement…read more I brought my Suburban to 4 Wheel Parts for a complete wheel hub and brakes replacement, along with a follow-up alignment. Mechanically, the team did a fantastic job. The new hub assembly and brakes feel crisp and tight, and the alignment is solid--the truck tracks straight down the highway with zero drift. They clearly have technicians who understand how to work on full-size trucks. The only downside to the experience was the logistics and communication. They can be incredibly hard to get a hold of over the phone. Trying to place orders or get status updates via phone is a frustrating process that requires persistent, daily follow-ups on the customer's end just to keep things moving. If you can handle the communication bottlenecks, the actual quality of the shop labor and parts installation is good. I would trust them with my truck's mechanical work again, but I'll likely handle my ordering and scheduling in person next time.

After getting my tire swapped, I came here for an alignment because I knew that had gotten messed up too. I actually almost went to a different location, a chain, but I saw this ma and pop spot on the map and it had great reviews about their service and my priority that day was to be in and out as soon as possible. They delivered. They were kind and friendly, they took my Camry up immediately and got to work. They had a waiting room with water and coffee and very comfortable sofas. I was on the road again in less than an hour, and I wasn't mad about the price either. They saved my whole day, so thank you guys!!!

I took the car to Audi in T.O. and they discovered the nail and recommended I bring the car to Tire Man. This was May 22nd, 2026. I arrived at Tire Man and explained the situation to the counter person wearing a white shirt who looked like a manager, and he said they would take care of it. I see people commenting on Yelp how great this business is and how they repair/patch tires often without charge. Well, they charged me $30. I was not offered or provided with a receipt. The very next day, May 23, 2026, I was out driving and the tire warning light came on. I took it to the nearest tire shop, which was in Camarillo. They examined the tire and sprayed it with some solution and showed me that the tire/patch job that Tire Man had done was leaking air. Furthermore, they explained that 1) they would never charge for a patch and 2) a patched tire can't be re-patched for the same puncture. This was after 2pm on Saturday and Tire Man was closed. It's Saturday before a long weekend and lots of tire places are closed, closing or don't have the tire(s) I needed in stock. And I absolutely needed the car for a weekend trip to Paso Robles. So, the tire shop in Camarillo filled the tire up and called shops around T.O. and located a shop that had a replacement tire that would work. I drove to America's Tire in Thousand Oaks. They had a random one-off tire they could sell me, but explained that could and probably would set off the Audi Quattro traction control system. They strongly advised I buy two matching tires (albeit it not the original spec tires on the car, which neither they nor anyplace keeps in stock). So, I ended up buying two new tires from them for $1170. Tire Man incompetently performed a faulty repair/patch that failed (and evidently didn't check the quality of their own repair or they would have detected that it was still leaking air). I have had tires on various cars patched over the years, and this is the first time a patch fails. I returned to Tire Man to discuss with owner/manager Carey, who asked me to see the patched tire (as if I'd be driving around with a dirty, leaking unmounted tire). He basically told me to pound sand.

I called this America's tire location and they were willing to stay open a little bit later just help me out. I got my car towed over there. They replaced both tires, and I also upgraded all of my rims in the matter of 20 minutes. This is the only time I've ever gone to a tire place where they were able to do such a fast turnaround time. Not only that but because I had America's Tire insurance upgrade from before, the value of the replacement didn't break the bank. The people who helped me was Joseph, Omar, Jeffrey and Ivan. After a while I went inside to the customer service area, thinking maybe I'd have better luck there, but it was pretty much the same thing. People were coming in and out, glancing over at me, but no one said hello, asked what I needed, or even gave me a quick "we'll be right with you." After about 15 minutes of standing around being ignored, I finally left. I went to another tire place just down the street and was helped right away, very courteously, which honestly made the difference even more noticeable. I don't expect instant service when a place is busy, but basic acknowledgment goes a long way. Unfortunately, I didn't get that here, and I won't be going back.
