    Amazing customer service, patient, transparent, and thorough are just some of the words I can use to describe the folks at 4WP in Thousand Oaks! I had multiple phonecalls with Patrick Lujan before finally pulling the plug. I was just shopping around pricing what it would cost to lift my 4-Runner. Patrick was patient with me and didn't mind all my questions I had. I came in and worked with Ryan. He took the time to help me build and choose the build that fit both my style and budget.     Brought our Lexus GX in for wheels, tires and a lift kit and Adrian Nailed it!! The Lexus came out great! No issues, very professional to make sure everything was accounted for and thought out. I highly recommend these guys!

    Took my 2022 limited tundra in for a new rough country suspension. Patrick helped me out the service was great and they had my truck done in a timely manner.     I've had a lot of work done at this location and the team always addresses whatever issue is at hand. I recently bought a used Toyota forerunner, and the prior owner had mismatched the springs on the front and rear. Taylor ordered the correct springs for the vehicle, however, it was still not quite perfect and sitting high. We ended up switching to a different brand and their patience and expertise paid off. The vehicle is riding level and is absolutely a dream to drive. Thank you Taylor & Ryan, and the entire 4 Wheel Parts team !

I took the car to Audi in T.O. and they discovered the nail and recommended I bring the car to Tire Man. This was May 22nd, 2026. I arrived at Tire Man and explained the situation to the counter person wearing a white shirt who looked like a manager, and he said they would take care of it. I see people commenting on Yelp how great this business is and how they repair/patch tires often without charge. Well, they charged me $30. I was not offered or provided with a receipt. The very next day, May 23, 2026, I was out driving and the tire warning light came on. I took it to the nearest tire shop, which was in Camarillo. They examined the tire and sprayed it with some solution and showed me that the tire/patch job that Tire Man had done was leaking air. Furthermore, they explained that 1) they would never charge for a patch and 2) a patched tire can't be re-patched for the same puncture. This was after 2pm on Saturday and Tire Man was closed. It's Saturday before a long weekend and lots of tire places are closed, closing or don't have the tire(s) I needed in stock. And I absolutely needed the car for a weekend trip to Paso Robles. So, the tire shop in Camarillo filled the tire up and called shops around T.O. and located a shop that had a replacement tire that would work. I drove to America's Tire in Thousand Oaks. They had a random one-off tire they could sell me, but explained that could and probably would set off the Audi Quattro traction control system. They strongly advised I buy two matching tires (albeit it not the original spec tires on the car, which neither they nor anyplace keeps in stock). So, I ended up buying two new tires from them for $1170. Tire Man incompetently performed a faulty repair/patch that failed (and evidently didn't check the quality of their own repair or they would have detected that it was still leaking air). I have had tires on various cars patched over the years, and this is the first time a patch fails. I returned to Tire Man to discuss with owner/manager Carey, who asked me to see the patched tire (as if I'd be driving around with a dirty, leaking unmounted tire). He basically told me to pound sand.

    I visited this location on March 15 to replace four tires on my work vehicle. I was told the job…read morewould take about 2 hours, but it ended up taking 3.5 hours. After that, they told me that two of the tires they installed were the wrong size and asked me to come back within three days to have them replaced. At that point, I was already frustrated with the wasted time and the need to return. I came back on Tuesday as instructed. The employee who helped me seemed unsure and told me it would take about an hour to confirm if they could fix the issue. After waiting 2 hours, I finally got my vehicle back. As soon as I got on the road, the car started shaking badly, so I had to return again. They rebalanced the wheels, which took another hour. By then, I had already spent around 6-8 hours dealing with this. A week later, I discovered that all four tires were losing air. On top of that, the TPMS system was not programmed correctly, and my dashboard showed incorrect tire positions. I tried going to other Pep Boys locations, but every time I was told the minimum wait time was 2 hours. Given how much time I had already lost, I couldn't afford to keep missing work. I called the company directly, explained the situation, and they scheduled me at a location near my home. I showed up at 8 AM for my appointment, only to be told the technician wouldn't be available for another 2 hours. At that point, I gave up and went to another tire shop, where they helped me immediately. Overall, I will go anywhere else for tire service but Pep Boys. I have never experienced such poor service from a chain. The staff were unprofessional, and their ability to fix their own mistakes was extremely disappointing.

Work Order: 221838 Initial Diagnostic: A/C blowing hot air due to a leak Recommended Resolution: Remove and replace A/C compressor, then recharge Outcome: Not resolved Despite four separate visits, the issue remains exactly the same as the A/C still blows hot air. After so many attempts, I asked if I could receive a refund, and I was given two options: 1) Bring the car back again 2) Submit a claim I chose to submit a claim because, after four unsuccessful attempts, I no longer felt confident returning to the same shop. The claim has been submitted, and I am now waiting for a call from the inspector. I also had to contact Firestone Customer Service myself to obtain the claim number, as it was not provided to me by the shop. I understand that mechanical issues can be complex, but customer service should never be compromised. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and without a functioning A/C system despite the time and money invested.
