Recently, my son became having issues with one of his toes and they got us in within a few days with no fuss. They were so kind to my kids and made sure my son was comfortable before even touching his foot. Back in 2021 when we were still struggling with COVID, I was going through chemo. It had the unfortunate side effect of destroying my feet. My oncologist was worried I'd get an infection or hurt myself if my toe nails were not addressed immediately. I found this place and after I explained the situation, they made a slot for me. They could have easily made me wait or told me to go elsewhere, but they made the time for me. The doctor was so patient and understanding, the procedure was painless and I left feeling like I was truly cared for during my time in their office. It's incredibly frustrating to wait on the line for so long--sometimes over 20 minutes--only to end up hanging up because no one ever returns. Communication is a basic expectation in any medical office, and this ongoing issue makes it nearly impossible to get the care or information I need. Also, the employee who does there referrals DOES not do her job and she does not answer her phone. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
