Either by phone/zoom or if there's a cancellation. I was surprised to read the one bad review associated with Dr Maier, because my experience is in complete contrast. I need a lot of lab work done during the year, so Dr Maier gives me a stat order that is good for 6 months at a time. I just go the the Hospital and it's already approved. His staff is top notch between the office manager Austin and Sue in Referrals. I feel they take my well being as serious as I do. Yes Dr Maier has a lot of patients, but isn't that a good thing, kind of like a busy local restaurant that all the locals like to eat at. Sometimes the price to pay for good service is that ypu might need to wait or make an appointment. And if it's a life threatening situation then that's what Emergency Rooms are for. On a side note Dr Maier used to be an ER doctor, which I find reassuring. The staff has changed somewhat over the past decade, but I feel they have only gotten better and more helpful. When I explained how severe the pain was, they said, "Drive down the mountain and go to urgent care." When I explained that would rupture my ear drum, they said, "Why don't you go to Rite Aid and get some over-the-counter ear-pain drops?" (Those don't exist and they don't cure ear pain). I had to switch him from my primary care doctor. The doctor upstairs (Dr.. Elwood Cohen) saw me in TEN minutes. Ten minutes! I was right - my ear infection was so bad it was going to rupture. I called Maier's office back and spoke to his medical assistant and she was both snotty and rude. Bad front-and-back office staff ruin a medical practice. Pick a doctor who will actually see you when you're sick. Isn't that what doctors are for?

He will take one step at a time to make sure all grounds are covered before moving to the next step in a procedure or recovery. He listens well. If you need stuff for work or restrictions he will got give it to you. Just simply say, "Do whatever you want" Simply that does not work in a work place. I have pushed to get this to happen and he just tell me to write up something and give it to the girls at the desk to sign. I don't like that. I don't know if it is just because he doesn't want to do it or doesn't have time to do it. I continue to go because he listens and seems to know what he is talking about. My recovery is improving and he cares to find the solution where other doctors like this is rare to come by. If you are not crushed on time or need certain paperwork for your job, he is a great doctor to go to. I can deal with the small hassles to go to Dr. Durrant.

Saw another great review on yelp and set an appointment. As the other review noted, Dr. Durrant is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently examined and discussed my foot issues, then treated the wart and prescribed a stronger anti-fungal, as well as offering a variety of tips for preventing the return of athlete's foot. Incredibly satisfied with the treatment and his attention to detail. The only downside, which the other review also warned, is the wait time. My first appointment (afternoon) was over an hour later than scheduled, and my second appointment (morning) was 30 minutes after scheduled. One other person in the waiting room actually rescheduled his appointment because he'd been waiting so long, and his schedule couldn't permit such a delay. Still, the staff were kind and accommodating despite their delays, and the fellow seemed relatively understanding despite the inconvenience. Overall a fantastic doctor, just allow extra wait time.

I've been struggling to find words good enough to describe the amazing people here. I recommend them at every opportunity! I just had no idea what it meant to receive high quality care from a physician until I started coming here last year. What a refreshing change from the status quo From the first visit when I met Dr. Vasquez, I knew right away I hit the lottery of healthcare. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel heard and cared for PERSONALLY by him. It's hard to explain, but this man makes everyone feel special; it's not just me who feels this way. The staff also speaks very highly of him, and they knew exactly what I was talking about when I shared my experience with them. Speaking of staff; a special shoutout to Samantha, Kaylee, and Julia. Not to say that everyone else here isn't amazing as well, but these 3 individuals shine extra bright. Whether it's by phone, or when I come to the office for an appointment, my experience with them has always left me wanting to tell more people about this office. Had to come next day to submit another one. Meanwhile, there was no way to get a response from the doctor till I actually came to the appointment. Few days after I spoke to the doctor I decided to do at-home pH test that showed I needed specific antibiotic. Took a full day of calling the office and texting the nurse. Was about to go to ER since my symptoms worsened when got a call from the nurse saying she sent prescription in for me. Got 90 antibiotic pills from pharmacy with no indication of how long to take them for - obviously, very possible mistake. Texted the nurse - no response, called office - took efforts to convince them that something may be wrong and I need to double-check with the doctor. Called another line and at last found out that it's only 7 and not 30 days I should take antibiotic for. Very frustrated! UPD: right after I posted this review, got a text response from the nurse, picture attached

We were told he was not cleared for surgery. Surgery was rescheduled for September 11th, 2024 and cancelled again stating the doctor still had not been cleared for surgery. they rescheduled her for September 23rd and they cancelled that again with the same excuse. Rescheduled for September 30th. Got the call today that they are cancelling again saying now that the doctor doesn't have an assistant. My Aunt has had to pay for blood work, EKG's, and xrays several times. Plus her daughter flew out from Chicago for one of the dates and her siste flew out for another date that got cancelled. Tried to make an appointment to go into the office to see him or other doctor there and they would not let us schedule an appointment. Is something going on with Loma Linda and this office??

I started my bladder journey with Dr Siddighi & staff about two years ago…read moreWhen I came to Dr Siddighi I was urinating about 60 times a day. My whole days were spent miserable I couldn't go places without making sure there was a toilet and had to urinate before I left,stop many times as I made my way anywhere and go as soon as I got to my destination, so leaving the house was almost impossible. I have had this problem about 20 years ever since I had kids, I had so many Drs tell me I was crazy & it was just in my head & how that can't be possible. Dr Siddighi was the first Dr to take my concerns serious and for the first time in my life not made me not feel crazy like all the other doctors We began running tests & he confirmed just how bad my bladder really was, we started on medications which started to help but with little improvement. About March 2022 my bladder,uterus and rectum prolapsed which Dr Siddighi gave me my options and in June 2022 I had a partial hysterectomy with a sling to hold up my bladder and rectum to where it was suppose to be It is now 8 months later and I am the happiest I have ever been in my life!! I feel like a normal human being!! I am urinating about 10X max and I am able to lead a normal life I cannot thank Dr Siddighi & staff enough for giving me my life back I will forever be grateful to all of you
