Soltana's deft handling of the 25, or so, members of the wedding party, all while being patient, and with a smile, was more than reassuring to me, and the others as well. Her staff seamlessly underpinned the event. Her staff were professional, well trained, and just beautiful people. A live event can go "off" at any time. The restrooms were clean, but definitely not maintained throughout the night. Toilets were getting clogged and not fixed despite reporting the issue to the workers. The parking area floor is mixed grass and gravel, so lady's beware to wear proper shoes, so your heels don't sink into the grassy areas. ;) There are only 4 handicap parking spaces. Overall, the venue was pretty. Beautiful outdoor wedding venue-especially at night.

My only complaint was that the seating for wedding ceremony was only half shaded and half not. Many guest including myself ended up standing up for the ceremony to be on the shaded side. Since it was prompt at 4:30pm, sun wasn't set enough for shade to cast over both sides. Bride and groom opted for Hosted Full Bar service, it was great. There were only 2 bartenders but they were quick. At times there were lines but that also moved quickly. Food was good, buffet style. Wood Fired Prime Angus Tri-Tip was pretty tender and juicy. Tequila Lime Chicken Breast wasn't dry but wasn't the juiciest, overall flavorful.

Everyone can get a big blue bucket and fill it with the sweetest, plumpest blueberries! If the kids don't want to put their blueberries together, the employees just look and guesstimate half/ third etc if a bucket. It is $18 a bucket but that is SO MUCH! 3 of us picked about a half a bucket in 45 minutes so it was about $9. There are about 60 long rows to pick, chairs or benches at the end of each row and restrooms if needed. We have come with 3-15 year olds and always have a really nice time. Before you come make sure their blueberries are in season, wear shoes that can be a bit dirty and bring water bottles. Have fun! They are all so nice and helpful! Open until 4....ish.

You ladies made this entire wedding planning process amazing for us. I truly cannot thank you both enough! My (now husband) & I came to Bella Vista Groves after our original venue decided they weren't going to be hosting weddings any longer (go figure, right?) I was immediately drawn to Bella Vista Groves for its beautiful garden style, the gorgeous house on the property (that you can stay the weekend in, & I 100% suggest you do) but we loved Bella Vista Groves so much bcus they were completely supportive & understanding of my families needs. We have a wide arrange of disabled/wheelchair bound, to heat sensitive, to allergic to the world kind of people & Corrine & Deanna were welcoming & up for the challenge. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about this gem we found in Fillmore. The staff was very helpful and Corinne was great making sure all our vendors were committed to making our day special and smooth by having all their ducks in order. They charge by game or they have some promotions available. At first, the front desk girl assigned us to a lane but when we got there, it was full of 6-8 teenagers using only one lane in the entire booth area. I kindly asked one of the servers, Max, if we could possibly move one lane over since I'm only with my sister and toddler son. She spoke to the floor manager and was easily able to resolve this for us by moving us over to another booth! AMAZING SERVICE! She came by and took our order for drinks and appetizers, and also came by appropriately to check in on us if we needed anything else. The bowling alley is super CLEAN and caters to children who want to bowl with automatic bumpers! The arcade has so many games to play too! Will definitely be coming back here for the service and fun atmosphere!
