I suffer from seasonal, cluster headaches, otherwise known as "suicide headaches", which hit me when the time changes each year (spring and fall). They are debilitating and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I have always heard that oxygen helps with aborting the headaches when used appropriately, but getting a prescription was difficult. After finally getting a prescription, I had no idea how to get the oxygen, what size tank i needed, etc. LUCKY FOR ME, I was fortunate enough to find Walter and O2 Relief online. After a quick chat with him online, i made my appointment and stopped by. Walter was EXTREMELY professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, listened to my situation and provided the advice I sorely needed to help with these demons in my head. I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially their staff. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and helpful. Jimmy truly saved the day for us. My mom was set to fly with a portable oxygen device we purchased (from another place). The device stopped working the day before her flight. Jimmy was able to provide us a rental unit and get my mom on the airplane. Making that flight was high stakes as my mom is on hospice and was headed home to spend her last days. This place is awesome! If you are on oxygen and you want your independence as well, then this place is for you! You can rent or buy oxygen equipment! My wife is on oxygen and she wanted to get off of portable tanks and to be able to travel without worrying about running out of air! So we checked out the Inogen portable unit with the longest battery life and she loved it and was so happy that we bought it! Now we can travel! The place is small but intimate! I was so overwhelmed when my Dad's doctor prescribed oxygen to my Dad. I had no idea what any of it meant and it seemed like there were so many options that I didn't even know where to start. I called the number his doctor gave me and they never called back, I called a portable oxygen company that I saw in a commercial, they were morons, and then I found 02 Relief online and Bonnie answered. THANK GOD! She is sooooo beyond great. Not only did she literally explain every single detail about what would benefit my Dad (her product knowledge is superb, btw) she was super sweet and caring, and really took a ton of time with me over the phone and when we came in. We bought a portable oxygen concentrator that my Dad can take with him everywhere. He doesn't have to worry about anything other than changing a filter and charging it over night. SO EASY! I searched online for a while, trying to find a local store for Portable Oxygen Generator, I finally found O2 Relief, their Irvine store. I walked in and saw they have lots of models displayed. I highly recommend O2 Relief. I knew nothing about portable oxygen and Leo engaged in an online chat with me and answered all of my questions including insurance-related ones. He was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Today I brought my 91 year old mother in to look at a portable unit. She was unable to afford the unit but miraculously Leo had a refurbished machine that he offered to my mother at no cost!
