You can chat with someone who will price match for you!! They asked for a link to the tires I wanted to price match with, verified they could match and then just sent me a discounted checkout link that was valid for 30 days. It saved me a lot of money and took hardly any effort, which honestly is worth more than it sounds. When I arrived, the location was spotless and very well kept. I was honestly surprised at how clean the restrooms were for a place that sees so much grease. The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. He ended up choosing one of them and he asked them repeatedly about the final price. We get inside and he goes up to pay, and they have some lifetime warranty, added that we never asked for which he told them to take off. They need to do a better job about breaking down the cost and asking whether you want things before trying to charge for them. Also, another thing is that they tend to forget to call and tell you that your car is ready. My husband had to call and it had been done. We were waiting at a nearby restaurant and had finished and were waiting for their call. We have used this business several times and typically it will be this type of issue. So I can recommend about quality and their customer service being friendly but people need to be firm about what the exact final price is.

After googling to see who could fix a flat ... we headed Tires Plus. We were happy to see they looked very empty. There were two mechanics we witnessed standing around doing nothing, with one red car in one of the bays not getting worked on (hood not open, not up on a jack, etc). There was a guy at the front desk helping one man try and figure out his problem. The guy said let's go outside and take a look, never even addressing us. We stood there with no one else around till he came back in with the guy he was helping. We jumped in just to ask him if they could fix a flat. He kinda mumble yeah, and then sent one of the mechanics out to take a look. He, in his laziest tone said yeah, as long as there isn't something "around it". We said great, can you do it now. He said it was up to the front desk guy. What???? We walked back in ... the mechanic went back to his "busy standing around position", and the desk guy just kept talking to the guy he had been helping. With all this time now, 20-25 minute, they could have had our tire patched. We stood there another 10 minutes before we decided this was not the place to give our business.
