My worms are local! It was easy enough to call Zachary to set up a time to pick up worms. He sells them out of his home/worm ranch, and we got a fun little tour of his operations. He has an amazing garden and it looked like tons of worm production. He had already pulled out a batch of worms for me, but poured them out to show me before bundling them up. They were very lively and so plentiful. He explained that he sells only blue worms and they're the faster eaters (as opposed to red worms), and that I wouldn't need to wait to feed the worms--in the past, the worms needed to acclimate for a few days before feeding. Zachary is very knowledgeable, and he also sells vermicast by the pound, if worm farming isn't your cup of (worm) tea. In my opinion, his prices are quite reasonable.

When I got to the store she saw me and asked if i needed assistance. I showed her my screenshot. We looked in the section where it would be. Then we looked in the clearance section and it wasn't there. And then we looked in the last known place on her zebra where it was last and the date said Dec 28z The inventory was wrong and it said Negative two but in my app it said six in stock. So I really drove there for nothing. I just wanted to praise Makaylah on her customer sevice and attitude even though I walked out empty handed. Disappointed on the accuracy of the app.

At first, I spoke with a young lady who was kind and helpful with placing my order over the phone. Next day, I decided to call back and this time around I got what seemed to be an older lady who answered very rudely and continued on with such a sassy attitude. Not sure what came over her. I was just double checking and making sure they had my order correct. Just sad to know how some people feel the need to act in such a way. Whoever she may be, I just hope she realizes that having that type of attitude is never good. You just never know who you may be messing with and respect and kindness goes a long way.
