Rented the "oahu party bus" for a friends bithday party. This was the biggest mistake ever. The A/C was broken, the roof leaked, they didn't honor the time we reserved the bus thru. The driver or workers went thru the stuff we left on the bus and stole a bunch of personal items along with the beer in our cooler. The positive reviews posted are probably fake and posted by the owners. Save yourself money and the headache and stay away from this company. read more

I have used Oahu Party Bus a few times now, so I though it was high time to write them the review they deserve! Owner Gene is a dream to work with - prompt in response time, always friendly and courteous, and even checked in to make sure things went smoothly after the event. Every driver we've had has been friendly and accommodating - for example, on one of my rides, all us girls had pre-partied on the way to our event, and needed a potty break. Our driver was more than happy to pull over at the nearest restroom and let us out. As I recall, he even drove a few of us home individually, as many of us lived on the way back to the drop off point. Lights, music, and interior are always on point - huge TV, awesome sound system, and you can even plug in your phone with an aux cord for a custom playlist. And don't forget the built-in pole - if you thought pole dancing was hard, try doing it in a moving vehicle! Needless to say, it is highly entertaining for anyone watching. I would highly recommend Oahu Party Bus as the safe, fun way to get to your party, or even as the party itself! Make sure to take care of your drivers who are taking care of you! read more

We booked a party bus for transportation for our wedding party back in November. We also booked a shuttle from another company for transportation for our guests. However, the other shuttle did not show up (long, bad story) and did not call us to let us know that they "broke down". The driver from Oahu Party Busy waited for almost an hour while we were figuring out everything, and transported our guests to the reception! Our guests forgot about how long they were waiting outside of the ceremony site for the other shuttle, because they had such a blast on the party bus! Contrary to a prior post, I am not an owner of the company. I am a close friend of the new owner. The reason that the most previous comment was so good is because the new owner cares about the company and is good at what he does. He is a recent college graduate who majored in business and is extremely familiar with his target market. I booked Oahu party bus for the night of my sisters bachelorette party to get us to our place safe and feeling good. We first got picked up in Ewa beach and the bus driver was great he waited so patiently while we waited for some late comers. Then we stopped in salt lake to pick the rest of girls up then off to town we went! The bus was equipped with party music galore, nice disco lights and a sink to keep our ice and drinks in and let's not forget the amazing stripper pole that got a lot of action from the bride and crew!!! It was so awesome that the bride did not even make it to our destination she did all her partying on the bus!!! It was very cool you can bring all the drinks and food you want and if you run out the bus driver is likely to do a quick pit stop.. This was truly an awesome and a great experience for all of us including the bride and best be sure this is not the last time! I hope more people get to read the reviews before they hire this company. Do not use this company!! Price doesn't match their services, condition of the vehicle is poor (car door can't shut properly, water dripping from the air-condition vent), driver doesn't know the road around town or Waikiki, and absolutely no service to resolve complains. i don't know why this company is still in business, very unprofessional. it's also not registered with Better Business Bureau so you can't check the company's review from their data base. Last night we took the party bus out it was the greatest experience ever. The bus driver was very professional always there on time he was actually ahead of time to pick us up. Took us everywhere we want to go even stop by the store to pick up some beer. I recommend doing this just for the experience itself and let me tell you renting one of the buses was a great deal$$!! Booked the Ace bus for my wedding. We needed transportation to reception from ceremony. The bus itself is very nice and well kept. It's unlike a limo or other bus companies because everything seems updated and modern from the seats, to the flooring, to the sound system. May I say that their sound system is LEGIT! They did not skimp on that when making this party bus. This music gets pretty darn loud, seriously!!! Our driver was there 10 minutes early and knew how to be there when we needed him and be in the background when we were having fun. It was a good balance so we did not feel like he was trying to invade our space! The experience was the best soo far as I have been in 2 other party buses over the last 5 years. Used Oahu Party Bus' services for my brother's bachelor party this past weekend. Customer service was excellent. Fehi was very helpful, asking the right questions, and explained everything up-front. When the bus arrived, I was very impressed with it, inside and out. Our driver, Carlos, was awesome! He was courteous and helpful, he was proactive about getting our itinerary, and the drive was laid-back, yet efficient. We had about 20 people on their 30-person bus, which was perfect because it was roomy enough for people to move and mingle. Sound system was great, A/C was cold. We've done the limo and Hummer thing, and this was much more comfortable. No worrying about driving, coordinating, parking, meeting up, etc. It was a great value. A great time was had by all, and Oahu Party Bus provided a great environment, as well as a safe one. I will recommend Oahu Party Bus to anyone throwing a party where travel is required!! read more

This has been the worst experience of my life. I had booked this several months in advance for my boyfriend's birthday. I got a confirmation the same day I booked it and talked with Jeremy on the phone. The day before the party I get a call from the bus driver telling me I need to check the details of my party. I call Jeremy or JERKEMY and he is rude, arrogant and disrespectful to me from the start. I never experienced a more entitled man who thinks I'm stupid because what he originally told me the hours of the party now changed and I have to pay more money ON THE DAY before the party. I am upset since it seems like there was miscommunication from the start and he is trying to blame me and how this is the first time in several years someone didn't get what he was saying. He supposedly talked to the owner and texted me back later saying the best they can do is give me a refund and see if it's possible for me to book with them, or pay the extra fee. I tried asking for someone else but he refused claiming he is the only one there and he is the manager. I even asked for the owner and was refused. I was fed up and frustrated with the disrespect and horrible customer service on the phone. He even disrespected my mom when she tried calling on the phone. Their sister company pulled through and would recommend anyone else to save their money and go to 808 party bus because they have morals and don't treat people like they are stupid and less than themself. read more

I booked OPB for my girlfriends bday and they were awesome! You'll usually need to book a bus for 2-4 hours but they will work with you if you want it for a shorter period of time. I wanted to book them for 1 hour and they could fit me in so it worked out great! The driver was punctual and very friendly. She even let us play our own music! We drive through Waikiki and the driver stopped when we needed bathroom breaks. It was a lot of fun! They let you bring whatever food and alcohol you want (as long as everyone is 21). I forgot to catch his name but the guy who helped me over the phone (I think he was the owner) was very helpful and flexible given the time crunch. We were only in the party bus to go from club to club but our driver, Carlos, was friendly and very professional. He made sure to stay in contact with me through out the night.
