Monday January 8th I received a phone call letting me know they would call me Thursday 1/11 between 11am-12pm. to let me know when they were going to deliver. 11am and 12 pm. passes and I call the store at 12:52 pm. They tell me that someone will be calling me soon. 3:30pm. rolls around with no phone call so my Husband decided to call. First they told my Husband 3-5. Then he said for sure then he got put on hold, we are assuming he called someone and then said 5-8. 5:30pm. comes around and Dylan calls me telling me the engine blew up in Salem and so now we "might" get our couch Sunday. Sunday the 14th comes and goes with no phone call. Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday come and go with no phone call. Thursday I get a text message asking me how my new sofa was working out. Wait... What?!?! I told him I had not received it. Then I'm told that according to their system that I did receive it. WOW.. Then I'm told they are "trying" to get it on the delivery truck ASAP. Then they tell me they will call me Friday to let me know a delivery window. So far my Husband has missed one day of work waiting and I am missing two days of work. At 12:49 on Friday I received a call that my couch would be delivered between 1-5. They finally show up at 5:10pm.Wish I could give them no stars. HORRIBLE!

I didn't purchase a refurbished couch. I have every right to expect to receive a new product or to receive a refund if a company does not deliver what I paid for. A warranty covers a couch that arrives intact, unbroken, and NEW, then has issues. No upstanding business should gaslight the customer into believing it's normal to receive something broken and tolerate spending several weeks without a couch while the new-price couch gets refurbished.

I wanted to give these guys five stars but I must give them one. I purchased a mattress from them 9…read moremonths ago. I recently discovered black mold in it. I used a mattress protector and the only explanation is that the mattress arrived with some moisture in it. I tried going through the 10 year warranty but they did not accept it. While they did have great customer service and and they did send me articles on how to clean it, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done and I have to consider the money wasted. So all I can really say is buyer beware.

I headed over there and found some hand warmers for $1 and a pop it for $3. When I asked the gentleman to get me one of the fans that were high up. We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.

It is getting towards the Holidays, and vintage Christmas decorations were out in force. There are treasures to be found, but vendors know their goods, and prices $$$ can reflect that. We found some amazing finds for our vintage Christmas collection, but there were definitely items out of reach that we just couldn't justify. Definitely worth a browse if you are a fan of vintage!

We were both amazed at the sheer size of the store. They have a great selection of books, clothes, household items, furniture, and much more. I found a pair of Nike workout pants for $4.99, several books, and a couple shirts for my husband. We spent less than $15 for everything. Employees were all very sweet and helpful. I needed to try on jeans, and there was an employee nearby. She told me the item limit in the dressing room, as well as asking me to lock and close the door when I was done. It's a store I will definitely go back to when I am in this area because of great selections, prices, and friendly employees.
