Simi Flowers and Gifts - The two floral swags and bride bouquet were beautiful, thank you!

We do need flowers for the times when we visit my mother-in-laws resting place at a cemetery nearby, and their arrangement is just good enough to fit the flower holders there. No trimming or rearranging required. And for the excellent service they provide, the charge is reasonable...even close to cheap! We used to go to another shop nearby for flowers when we're visiting Simi Valley. We now have found a place we'll always go to for our floral needs and that's SImi Flowers and Gifts. Try them out if you're in the area...

Wanting to send them a little "thank you" & have pretty flowers for the event, I ordered a beautiful, large bouquet online. The colors were gorgeous and very springlike with all kinds of happy flowers. The delivery man had it there just as the Pastor and wife returned home from church, but before the baptism, and were THRILLED by the bouquet! Jill, our pastor Dave's wife, just couldn't stop gushing about how pretty they were, and how I didn't have to do that, but the she was happy we had done so anyway. Thank you for making a special day even more special. Sorry, I didn't take a picture of the flowers! Trust me when I say they were just lovely!

Very unprofessional, I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I ordered a specific…read moreflower arrangement priced at $89.99 and was told that tax and delivery would be added, but I was never clearly informed of the final total before being charged. As a small business owner myself, I value transparency, and that was completely lacking here. I was also told the flowers would arrive at 11-11:30am but they were delivered late in the afternoon instead. When I called to follow up, the response felt argumentative rather than solution oriented. After this experience, I understand why they have over 290 reviews with a 3.6 star rating it appears to be a pattern, not an isolated incident. Clear communication, professionalism, and accountability matter in customer service, and unfortunately that was not demonstrated here. I would NOT recommend based on my experience.

Terrible Service, Completely Misleading and Disrespectful…read more We ordered a $300 bouquet for my 30th birthday, and it was a complete disappointment. On the website, the bouquet looked luxurious -- beautiful red roses arranged neatly in a vase. What was delivered looked nothing like the photos. There was no vase at all. Instead, the flowers were wrapped in cheap transparent plastic with a red tint. The bouquet was poorly assembled -- the flowers were practically laying down instead of standing in a structured arrangement. The stems were not trimmed. The roses were all different sizes, many looked old and wilted: buds bending downward, petals falling off, some roses with dark spots. There were also small white filler flowers added that were not shown in the website photos. It honestly looked like leftover flowers thrown together. The overall impression was closer to a funeral arrangement than a birthday bouquet. Delivery was also one hour late. When my husband called to explain that the bouquet looked nothing like what was advertised, he was told, "This is how we always package them. This is our design." I will be attaching photos so the difference is clearly visible. When he insisted that this was not the service we paid for, the operator said, "There's nothing we can do. If you want, you can come in and we'll redo it." The level of disregard and lack of accountability is shocking. For $300, you expect premium quality and professional customer service -- not excuses and indifference. I absolutely do not recommend this business. For this price, you risk ruining an important day and being left extremely disappointed.
