Quiet calm relaxing. Shaded places to sit for adults. Small but easy outing for something different. Water cold & clean. Grounds clean.

I'm sorry that the previous reviewer was not happy with the CP Holiday train and had a…read moredisappointing experience. As with all transportation you can expect delays especially with trains. I have been going to the CP Holiday for five years now and it attracts people from all ages and status in life so it's a very appealing event. I personally look forward to it every year and it's a great photo op for us train nerds. If you have never been to one of the stops it draws crowds of people. Please remember that it's a real passage train with a posted scheduled of stops so it just doesn't stop in Oak Creek or anywhere else expect the scheduled stops. It's usually cold windy and delayed while I try to get photos of the cool lit up train and a labor of love watching the train. If you want to see it stop than go to one of the scheduled stops, I have been to Oak Creek for the pass by and it was very late. This year over two days I caught the CP Holiday in three different places across Wi and had a great time, it's 20 years of tradition and I thank the Canadian Pacific Railroad for the charity drive that helps people while giving rail fans a great experience. Yes it's a community charity event with a band that gives and collects at each stop between the US and Canada so it's more than just a cool train, it's a great charity drive for community's. The Milwaukee intermodal station is packed and a great stop to catch the band and donate. For me it has becom a yearly tradition to go to the CP Holiday train because it's just clean fun.

A friend of mine suggested we go and see it across from the Oak Creek library by the train tracks. We arrived a little after 5 as the website said the train would be coming at 5:30PM. There was a representative from the train there and he kept us updated. He also said the train would be stopping. Soon we were waiting a hour and a half. The train finally comes and zooms by. It went by so quick it took a total of 12 seconds. We couldn't even take decent pictures. That's probably the last time I will wait for this train. Totally not worth it. You should have seen the disappointment on adult and children faces alike.

It was a good idea to escape from the hot hot hot summer heat but still give them something to do to burn some energy. This facility even has the new-ish trampoline zone for bouncing which is really cool looking (additional charge,) my twins loved meeting Chuck E Cheese himself and the little dance opportunities they have with him is cute. The big giant screens playing kid friendly music videos is a nice touch. The pizza is honestly really good, way better than when I was a kid. Stuffed crust is ALWAYS a must for me because I need extra cheese. The staff has always been kind and friendly and quick to action, whenever we have been there. A few of the machines needed a little maintenance and were being worked on but it was a week day and right when they opened which was understandable they got to get maintained sometime/someway. My twins go around to all different games but I love the classics - skee ball, water shooter game, basketball, the Simpsons soccer kick and we really love and always use the Photo Booth when we visit. Definitely a fun spot that gives a little nostalgia with new flair if you go during optimal times when it's not super busy. I am sure it can feel a little overwhelming when there's a TON of kids, parents and birthday parties all happening at the same time.
