Yep, this place is as good as it gets. The most intense 20:52 workout of my life. I had to update…read morethis review to include another trainer/coach Brandon. Much like Corey, Brandon is a natural leader and motivator. Just when I thought my mind/body/spirit were going to breakdown, I hear the shouts from the coaches and other members as they cheered me on. "Breathe...Deep Breaths....C'mon, You've Got This...Only A Few More...Almost There..." these are just a few of the chants/cheers you hear from all sides and you. The atmosphere is still very alive and you won't regret the feeling of accomplishment and the confidence boost you get from completing the WOD.

Excellent classes for both the extremely elite athlete and the totally unfit just starting out…read more Both Matt and Corey are the best personal trainers I've ever worked with. Being someone who struggled for over 15 years with chronic back pain and fatigue, to my surprise these classes have truly been a life saver. While researching on line trying to find a personal trainer that specializes in working with back problems I came across a journal sentinel article about this gym. I went in knowing nothing or ever even heard of cross fit. I told them about my back problems and my prior surgeries. I started out real slow, barely enough strength to do a girl push up. They spent a lot of time explaining the exercises, how to alter them in regards to my fitness level making sure I do them correctly and use proper form. I mostly work with Matt, who has helped me tremendously. Slowly I've been gaining more and more strength and endurance I didn't know I was capable of. Everyone that works out there is so super supportive and I actually look forward to getting exercise! The biggest part of all this....My back pain and the pain down my leg is GONE, like it was never there. I am so thankful to have found this place!!!

As someone who hates the gym and has had very little physical activity, walking into a place like…read morethis can feel really intimidating. Luckily, the instructors are insanely supportive (and won't pressure you), and the attendees are various skill levels. There are two main rooms to this facility - one with a soft floor for jujitsu or yoga and one with punching bags, ropes, a big tire, etc. for hardcore training. While I've only had the chance to participate in one class so far, I'll definitely update my review as I have a chance to explore the diverse schedule that's available. I will say, it was a bit of an ego blow trying to keep up with people who have been in the program for a while, but my teacher made sure I understood he was there to help me reach my personal goals, no comparing, no judgement... just one step at a time. Also, he taught me the PROPER way to do even simple things like squats (which I was doing totally wrong). One word to the wise... if you don't have your own boxing gloves, get some! My hands smelled like dirty feet for three days (even after washing them multiple times).

Nice and clean place with two sections: Mats for BJJ and a CrossFit ish section. This is definitely…read morethe go-to place for Jiujitsu in town. I had no previous experience with BJJ but the class didn't make me feel uncomfortable and had lots of fun. The equipments on the other side of the gym is pretty cool and people were doing some kickass workout. Might try the bootcamp or kickboxing next soon.
