I was admitted a couple hours later. Not to long. The nurse I had upstairs was also amazing !! Told me hopefully ill be home thr next day... Made me feel safe. Dr Patel was great he had a great positive attitude. Soon another day after seeing another doctor I was able to go home on Saturday afternoon. I really like this place. They helped me with my illness . Great service . The cna like Jake and Paige were great!!

I made it through to the triage fairly quickly, but after that, the wait began. I waited for 5 hours to be called to the back area only to find out that I would be sharing a room (yes, there was a curtain between myself and another patient). So much for privacy or confidentiality. I was hesitant to answer some questions because there was a complete stranger on the other side of the curtain. I guess there is a shortage of nurses and doctors because they were stretched very thin that night. I felt like everything was rushed with the exception of my care! The nurses and doctors tried to do what they could but I just find it hard to believe that this is what Emergency Care looks like. After spending more than 12 hours at this place, I must say that I left disappointed and concerned for those who need immediate (Emergency) care in our area.

He was polite, courteous and caring throughout the whole procedure. His staff Admitting RN Megan V, Procedure RN Anthony and Jenny as well as his Recovery RN Dania treated me with professional polite care. Christ Hospital and Medical Center is in a class by itself. Meanwhile my daughter is standing there in her sickened state looking even more confused. I swear, some people need NOT work with the public...especially where sick people are coming for help. I have witnessed many changes; upgrades and improvements to the facility as well as the hiring of more highly qualified specialists. Slowly and carefully dealing with the recent passing of my birth mother, my care team has advised and ordered many tests. Most of us are aware that roots run deep. My mom suffered with heart issues and one of those issues caused her death. I arrived early for my bloodwork and EKG. I have two follow up appointments next week and will keep you posted. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They take really good care in making me comfortable knowing my fear of needles. There is one thing that recently disappointed me. That is finding out that my primary care physician is retiring at the end of this month. Something I was not aware of. The receptionist kept stating that a letter was supposed to be mailed out. I'm happy I will get to see her next week, say goodbye and wish her well.

Long long wait. They ran many (odd) tests and bruised up my arm with attempts to over IV me and draw blood. Took a week for that to clear up. Told me they could not give me meds and sent me home same day with Flonase. Got home. Threw up. Fell backwards. Crazy coughing. Heavy lungs. Tried to tough it out but breathing was becoming difficult. Had my sister take me to a different urgent care and they immediately found very low sodium and influenza A and a bacterial infection. Gave me meds and a sodium IV drip and I Stayed overnight. I Felt much much better. I would have died if I went another day. No joke. That's really bad service. The quality of the care is dangerous. Go someplace else.
