He was malnourished and dehydrated. His entire family was isolated from him based on someone coming into the hospital, accusing me of having fraudulent POA DOCUMENTS. This was never investigated. Even with security measures in place at the hospital, my uncle was not protected.

The service had pockets of decency but there are so many areas of improvement. The patient food service was horrible, the food was absolutely gross. There were a few decent staff members during the visit. Parts of the rooms had dated furniture, smells that made u wanna puke. My loved one's pressure/heart rate decreased and if I wasn't in the room, he could have passed away. I was the one who asked the staff to assist.

From the time I entered the preparation room to the time I left the hospital I was treated with care. Dr Micheal D' Astice performed the colonoscopy screening with a precision professional mindset. He was polite, courteous and caring throughout the whole procedure. His staff Admitting RN Megan V, Procedure RN Anthony and Jenny as well as his Recovery RN Dania treated me with professional polite care. Christ Hospital and Medical Center is in a class by itself. They hire only the best professionals to staff their hospital. I'm glad I chose Dr Micheal D' Astice for my colonoscopy screening. One says he is doing this and then another Doctor says that is not correct, then nothing happens!! You ask a question, they say they will talk to the Doctor to get it right. Meanwhile my daughter is standing there in her sickened state looking even more confused. I swear, some people need NOT work with the public...especially where sick people are coming for help. I have witnessed many changes; upgrades and improvements to the facility as well as the hiring of more highly qualified specialists. Slowly and carefully dealing with the recent passing of my birth mother, my care team has advised and ordered many tests. Most of us are aware that roots run deep. My mom suffered with heart issues and one of those issues caused her death. I arrived early for my bloodwork and EKG. I have two follow up appointments next week and will keep you posted. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They take really good care in making me comfortable knowing my fear of needles. There is one thing that recently disappointed me. That is finding out that my primary care physician is retiring at the end of this month. Something I was not aware of. The receptionist kept stating that a letter was supposed to be mailed out. I'm happy I will get to see her next week, say goodbye and wish her well.

Long long wait. They ran many (odd) tests and bruised up my arm with attempts to over IV me and draw blood. Took a week for that to clear up. Told me they could not give me meds and sent me home same day with Flonase. Got home. Threw up. Fell backwards. Crazy coughing. Heavy lungs. Tried to tough it out but breathing was becoming difficult. Had my sister take me to a different urgent care and they immediately found very low sodium and influenza A and a bacterial infection. Gave me meds and a sodium IV drip and I Stayed overnight. I Felt much much better. I would have died if I went another day. No joke. That's really bad service. The quality of the care is dangerous. Go someplace else.
