We have only been here for 2 weeks but we love the park! The pool & hot tub are always clean. My dogs enjoy the dog parks & the office staff are always friendly! The only issue is that the laundromats are usually full because some residents take 3-4 washing machines up at a time... but at least all the washers work & the facilities are clean! & they have an app that connects to them so you don't have to use quarters. I love that!

Everything about this RV Park is amazing! Reserving is easy and affordable. Check in is so simple and quick. The parks amenities are top notch. The staff is always so nice and welcoming and they keep the park sparkling clean! The premises is kept beautiful and the grass and trees they have planted make it just like home.

    What's the monthly pull-thru rates?

No, parks usually set their prices by each season. Since we were not planning on staying this winter, we didn't get long term prices for Winter season 2018/19.

There were some things that needed to be fixed but it looked like they were in progress and after meeting one of the maintenance guys i'm sure he's on it. The only reason we're giving this a 4-star and not a 5 is because of a noise issue. Pretty much everything was fine but right after we checked in and got setup, construction workers pulled into the next space with their trailer and a couple work trucks. One was a typical work truck and the other was a larger truck with what looked like a crane/bucket on top. The guys themselves were not a problem but they'd leave very early in the morning and it was annoying to get woken up to the sound of diesel trucks firing up at 6am and idling for 15-20 minutes 20 feet from my bed. I guess contractors/construction workers staying there is a pretty regular thing. There is "overflow" parking over near the office and I think it would be nice if Hope Hill required work trucks to park over there out of courtesy for the other guests. I work hard and get up early every day. The last thing i want to do on my vacation is get woken up even earlier by loud trucks. Overall it was a good experience. If we ever find ourselves in that neck of the woods I'd stay here again. Maybe they'll have designated contractor/work truck parking by then

We streamed Netflix on our Roku, did a zoom call on my laptop, scrolled through Instagram on my best. Seriously, it never skipped a beat. The grounds are so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed evening walks in the field and quiet sunsets. It's a great little park and was perfect for our weekend getaway. We'll be back!

It was my first multi-state trip in my RV so I wasn't sure what to expect. The park is clean and quiet with a very nice dog park. I checked out the park while I was there and picked a few sites I would like for my next visit. I booked and paid for another stay 5 months in advance. Again, they tried changing my site saying the agreement says they can do that. I was told they would make more money renting that site to someone else. After praying about it, I decided to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay. I was giving them 3 months' notice. I was told I would have to pay a penalty for the cancellation. I called to follow up on my cancellation; I happened get the management company who was very surprised the way I was being treated. I realized the first time they changed my site they moved me from a Premier site to a Standard site. I was never offered nor did I receive a refund for the difference. I explained the whole situation to the management company and they were very helpful. I am receiving a whole refund. They also manage the new site I reserved. I think it is very sad that you have an RV park that sells itself with the convenient location, clean and quiet facility and you feel the need to cheat people for a few extra dollars. The $30 dollars you cheated me out of on my first stay has cost you a repeat customer. And your terms and conditions nor your cancellation policy say you have the right to change the site as you please. I received such helpful service from the management company that I wasn't going to leave a review, but I hope this will help another traveler who may find themselves in a similar situation. God bless and safe travels. Donna C

We went for a hike there right after a big storm and the grounds were so green and vibrant. We mostly stuck to the Onion Creek Trail as it is paved; however, the storm brought in mud to a few places on the trail, so be prepared to maneuver or wear proper footwear if you go during rainy season. Many families line up to take pictures in front of the upper falls (outside the Smith visitor center), so go early if you'd like a picture free of other guests. We then went to the lower falls area where there is an expanse of limestone (I believe) to get to the falls. There's a very small beach and swimming hole area that many families were enjoying. It's important to note that dogs can't enter any of the water at this park. The park also had multiple designated fishing areas as well. We drove around the campgrounds and they have well-maintained water + electric sites at every site. We would highly recommend a visit if you're in the Austin area.

The falls were not falling - no water at all - people were still swimming in the swimming hole and trying to have a good time but it was miserably hot. Not the park's fault but - probably not the best in the middle of summer.
