Specifically, Lora is amazing at making my body right after I abuse it like the weekend warrior I am. I use her for deep tissue work and workout recovery which she excels at. When I have minor injuries, I ask her to treat me with cupping and it's a key part to my recovery. I am no stranger to massage therapy. In a former life, I was a Division 1 college athlete and a 1996 Olympian. The relief from pain and numbness was amazing. He knew very well what to do. I had massages before but not as therapeutic as this visit. I returned for several visits. Deep tissue, sports, soft. You have a choice so don't be afraid to tell them how much pressure you want or what body part needs extra attention. For me it's hand to shoulder. I've seen 3 different massage therapists at this location and they were all fantastic. All of them have been extremely knowledgeable and spent time listening to my issue before deploying pointed techniques to try and address the core issue. I don't often need to go more than a few times in a row because they usually fix any issue I'm dealing with in a few sessions. The people at the front desk are always really kind and helpful in helping my fiancé and I with scheduling. All the rooms are clean with comfortable tables and good vibes overall, even the front waiting area has cozy seating and great natural light. I've recommended this place to several friends and they have all thanked me later for doing so. read more

Mary M at Oak Haven is fantastic if you're looking for an actual therapeutic massage. She knows exactly what she is doing. She doesn't mess around or waste time. You will get up off that table and feel relief, I guarantee it. I booked an 80 minute massage when I threw out my lower back. I told her what my injury was and also said that my shoulders and upper back were tight. She went right to work on my hips and spent a good 45-50 minutes just on my hips. I appreciated the fact that she took the actual time required to work on my problem areas instead of just trying to get a full body massage in. She was totally focused on taking care of the problem. The booking was very easy. Just download their app and you can book your entire appointment through there. The app is very user friendly and gives you all the pricing information up front.
