Amazing pick up and drop off service! I have 2 black bags that I fill each week. The clothes leave dirty and come back clean as can be! Owners are super friendly and have even noticed pen marks making sure to show me they couldn't get them out and offer to reclean again if I wanted. (I didn't but the offer was great!). Pick up bags go on the porch for collection, they text with a drop off window a few days later. Usually in the evenings so I can coordinate someone being here. Payment card on file and as soon as it leaves toward my house it charges. I have been using their services for 2 months now and have to say I think maybe everyone needs to give this cleaner another shot! read more

Clothes came out looking super fresh. They are the highest rated dry cleaner in the area, they have a clip posted on their fb page showing how "stain" oriented they are. My shirt had a coffee and orange juice stain that wouldn't come out. I tried to get it out and I went to a separate dry cleaner but it didn't work. It wasn't until I went to Oak Hill cleaner and it was removed. My final price was pretty decent. Thank you. read more

Was not pleased in how the owner spoke with me and at me. I have lots of suits and nice work dresses that are dry clean only. After a months worth of clothes piled up on me, I decided to try a different dry cleaners instead of my usual on Kirkman and Arnold Plamer dr. Those folks at my usual dry cleaner are very nice, but they are a bit pricey... After this attempt to go elsewhere, guess I'm going back to my usual spot. I'll pay for quality and great customer service. The attendant lady at this place put my info in their computer then "warned" me that she's charging $10.50 per dress and $13 if the dress has any design or is longer than knee length. I have 15 dresses and some are fancy and she said she couldn't give me an exact price. The owner walked by and she asked him if the price was ok, so I asked him of he was willing to do any better than the price she gave. I apparently agitated him with that question and he immediately changed his tone and talked down to me. I simply asked for coupons or if they had any days that they offered a deal. He swooshed me away as if he didn't want my business. You don't have to ask me to leave twice... I packed up my lovely dresses and headed to a place that will gladly take my business, offer pre-pay discounts, and even mention coupons when they're running a special. I couldn't wait to to write this review. One star for being open with many amenities like shoe repair, one star for the attendant lady who was seemingly sweet. But lots of stars lost for lack of customer service from the owner. read more

This is a typical mom and pop cleaners. The quality of work is average. Be sure to get a receipt and check your order. There are problems with the cashiers.. there can be a language barrier depending on who is working. They are notorious for breaking buttons. Poor customer service, terrible cleaning. I should have gone with my gut and turned around when I first dropped my clothes off. The woman working at the counter CLEARLY didn't want to be there and her nasty attitude became evident when she spoke to me. She misspelled my name as she was typing it into the system. When I tried to correct her, she brushed me off and said it's fine as long and the number is right. But I wanted my name spelled right. She refused to fix it. When I picked up my clothes, the same woman was there. As I inspected my clothes, I noticed several stains still visible. When I questioned her about it, she again brushed me off and said dry cleaning doesn't remove all stains. These were simple deodorant stains which have ALWAYS come out every other time I have dry cleaned my clothes (at other locations). There were also wrinkles in my dresses from where I sit down, so I KNOW they didn't spend much energy cleaning them or pressing them. Will never go back again. read more

I am extremely displeased with the people at this dry cleaners. They are rude and disrespectful. The owner-seamstress is the worst. They simply don't have a clue about customer service. They treat you as if you have come to their business to solicit a favor or to beg for something. Their prices are extremely high compared to the quality of their work. I brought in a dress, and they got upset because I asked them why a stain was still visible and if there was something else that could be done. I am a professional that knows how to treat others and expect it in return. Bottom line, you pay extra for the condescension and disdain and not for the quality or service.
