Great selection of savory and sweet options. It was fun that they blew the train whistle every time certain dishes were ordered (pretty sure one was the apple pancakes, but I think there might be another that cues the train whistle). We haven't been to eat in-house since the pandemic hit, but this restaurant is normally very busy, so the best time to go is as soon as they open. A great family atmosphere. From the fresh cream for coffee to the fresh squeezed orange juice The Oak Table has gone out of their way to make your dining experience that of a home cooked family meal. At this point we've tried just about everything on the menu and you really can't go wrong. If this is your first time make sure to order a 'syrup sampler' which comes with classic maple, blueberry, apple and strawberry. They are all divine and made in house. The food is beyond delicious. I randomly stumbled on this place. Came here twice and both time were delicious. Tables were very spaced out, sanitizer at the front and sanitizer machines at every table. Try to get a seat by the windows, the view is beautiful. I had a delicious omelet, apple pancake, and my daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes and once they even let us substitute for a kid portion of the blueberry pancakes. Every single time the food is spot on. Service is great too. No complaints. If you get confused where this place is, I was too on my first visit there. It's up a hill and you keep driving up past the apartment buildings on the left. It feels like you're going to the wrong place but trust me keep going up and you'll see the sign for Oak Table Cafe. Wow! So many good things to share about this place beginning with how we were greeted upon our arrival. Desirae (forgive me for misspelling your name) welcomed us with a warm greeting and promptly sat us. In no time we had water and coffee, while she exuberantly shared several of her favorite dishes. During the short time we waited for our food, I took in the ambience enjoying Gramps Military Memorial and the family collage of memories gone by. By the time I returned our food had been served.. Gonna be honest, both dishes presentation left much to be desired, but the good news is, you'll forget how unappetizing it may appear after the first bite! Both dishes were very good! The crispy croissant is a nice touch on the Eggs Casey. The lingonberries were absolutely delicious with the near perfect Swedish Pancakes. The service we received made us feel at home and already looking forward to our next visit! (Tomorrow!) Amazing! Great baked pancake that was enough to share. The flavors went together so well, I look forward to my next visit already! The coffee is rich and the real, heavy cream billows dramatically when you pour it into the cup. They should use glass mugs so we can watch the stratocumulus and nimbus clouds of cream contrast against the dark caffeine liquid. I am quite impressed by the polite, professional wait staff who are well spoken, very neat, hospitable, and positive. Every member of the team works quietly to ensure a high quality of service and makes the experience at The Oak Table exceptional for a family coffee shop. The little one got the chocolate chip pancakes and they were the perfect size. A couple small pancakes, but she was STUFFED! Oak Table Cafe, is not just food it's an experience. Don't get me wrong the food is to die for! i had the eggs benny with their gourmet mushroom sauce and potato cakes. First the sauce was absolutely amazing! The potato cakes, yum! i ate one with sour cream, one with apple sauce, and one with cholula hot sauce, so so so good and each one so unique in flavor bursts! Currently the restaurant is decorated for Christmas adding to the cheery atmosphere. You won't be disappointed with the friendly service or the friendly patrons either! This is easily the best breakfast place in the county. Everyone is in a good mood, the food is excellent and the service absolutely perfect. There are great views of Silverdale out the windows and the servers keep the coffee coming like clockwork. This is a great model for how a restaurant should be run. The bacon is amazing and so are the pancakes, light and fluffy. The fresh squeeze orange juice is also amazing. Whenever I think breakfast, I think Oak Table. I was bummed out when they left Kingston, but even though parking now is still packed, it is way better than it was in Kingston. This place never disappoints! One of the biggest things a love about this place is how accommodating they are for large groups. I often come with 6 or more people and they are always happy to seat us. On the weekends they do get very busy so you may have to wait a bit but trust me the food is definitely worth it. The coffee here is just sooooo good and is honestly some of the best coffee I have ever had. The mimosas are delicious too with a wide range of juices to choose from. Try the peach it is amazing! Also, the hot chocolates and mochas come with whipped cream topped with rainbow sprinkles. How can you go wrong with rainbow sprinkles?? On to the food: get the bacon! No, I mean it, get it! The serving is big enough that you can share with someone else or if you love bacon keep the four pieces all to yourself. The slices are thick cut and cooked to crispy perfection. Yum! I am a sucker for the fruit blitzes. The crepes are just so light and airy and the ricotta filling is so creamy. Also, you should order an apple pancake for the table. It's their specialty and you need to try it at least once. All the breakfasts are a generous portion so I suggest coming hungry. The sizes are also perfect if you have a smaller appetite and would like to share with someone. The food has never disappointed and I can tell they make it with love. The service here is also always on point. Your coffee and water will never go unfilled and the waitresses and waiters go out of their way to give you amazing service. You need to eat here if you have never tried this place. I suggest coming early to beat the rush but if not it is worth the wait. The food is really, very good! I came here specifically for the mushroom sauce. We found this place after being in town for a wedding and looking for a good breakfast spot the next day a few years back. A few weeks ago, after it being two years since our first experience at the Oak Table my family decided it would be nice to take an early morning drive to a far off place for breakfast. An hour later we arrived at the Oak Table Café. It's a pretty drive from Seattle and this location is quaint and sweet. The service is very slow even though they seem to be in a constant scurry. There is a long wait, no matter what time you get there on the weekend. I chalk this up to the food being yummy and the pleasant ambiance but you decide. I obviously drove an hour out of my way to get here so I recommend it and say why not make it adventure by driving or hopping on a ferry! If you are a closer, what is stopping you? A part of me wants to be selfish and maybe that is why I haven't written anything in the years since I have been here but truly-this place is a gem and deserves to be shared. IMHO, The Oak Table in Sequim is one of the best (if not the best) breakfast restaurants in the Northwest, and here in Silverdale, the kids are doing a fine job of following in the steps of their parents. Today our family stopped in for a late brunch/treat/collective reward after completing the Tri Turtle Tri over at Wildcat Lake. My wife had the Eggs Nicole (one of her favorites) and a Viennese Latte, our son had the Italiano Omlet and pancakes, and I had the Kijafa Cherry Crepes and a mocha. Service and the food were all as great as we had anticipated, and the bill was very reasonable for the quality we received. Highly recommend them when you are in or near Silverdale. read more

We've all had eggs before. After eating at the Oak Table I have a new standard for not just eggs but diners and breakfast as a whole. I had the Eggs Nicole. The croissant was so flaky and crispy, the eggs were firm but fluffy, spinach was tender, and the hollandaise sauce was so smooth. It comes with potato pancakes just like I had in Germany and the accompanying apple sauce was just like my grandfather made when I was a kid.
