I decided to give it another chance after some time had passed, hoping things would be better. Unfortunately, this visit was even more disappointing. I ordered online to save time and stood at the pickup counter for about 12 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. Multiple customers walked in after me and were immediately helped, while staff continued taking new orders and assisting others as I tried to make eye contact and say I was there to pick up. I honestly felt invisible. When I finally spoke up as someone was handing out another order, they went to the freezer and grabbed mine -- it had been ready the whole time. It wasn't just the wait, but the lack of basic acknowledgment that was frustrating. After giving this place another chance, I'm really disappointed that both order accuracy and customer service continue to be issues.

I've tried on numerous occasions at different dates/times/weeks to call and place an order in advance and the call just goes to a generic answering machine stating "we are busy assisting other customers". Even trying to do a follow-up call leads to the same result! Even picking up and placing me on hold would be better than not answering and likely not listening to voicemails or returning calls! That said, the times that I do show up, parking is generally plentiful and the wait time from order placed (in person) to order ready is generally very very short - usually around 5-7 minutes and the staff are generally friendly and efficient!

About time after a decade or so no?
