Love this Pinkberry! Since this is a chain and they're generally all the same, I rated this place 5 stars due to the service, toppings selection and consistency. This Pinkberry is located in the middle of the mall, first level under the food court in the Culver City Mall. Super easy to get to and spot. In comparison to another Pinkberry close by, I noticed this Pinkberry has more flavors and more toppings choices (i.e. cheesecake bites). I also felt like the girl working this Pinkberry definitely provided good service and gave a huge portion! Really enjoyed my experience and froyo.

I've been going to this pinkberry for years and they never disappoint! my go to is the original flavor with gummy bears, cap'n crunch, fruity pebbles, strawberries and mangoes. it's quick and delicious and satisfies my cravings for ice cream and i don't feel so bad eating it. being in a mall they surprisingly are rarely busy when i go which is a plus for me. the prices have definitely gone up but not like yogurtland. it's in a relatively quiet low traffic area on the first floor and since they took away coffee bean it's been even quieter. i love it!

Poor packing, pinkberry server couldn't give a care

Ordered via DoorDash. Any other pinkberry knows protocol for pick or to go order. Pack that order in ice. Whoever was working this afternoon through close - needs to be fired. $40 in yogurt paid. $40 in completely melted yogurt delivered. And the packing was so shoddy that strawberry purée spilled through the entire bag. If you own this Pinkberry or manage it, you need to interview for people who want to work there and can think simply 2 to 3 steps ahead. The pink berry employee didn't and showed that they didn't give a damn about how the order transported NOR in what condition it arrived.

Prices are not bad until you add toppings and then it's ridiculous. Friendly and quick service. I'm glad Pinkberry made it out to Atl. Overall, I hope to come again!

My second pinkberry visit. Both times in an airport. I got a medium half chcocolate hazelnut and half chocolate sea salt. Medium is a lot! I really like the strong chocolate flavor. My favorite was the chocolate sea salt. There were plenty of toppings and they all looked really fresh. Service was fast and friendly.

So happy to see Pinkberry in this airport, it's located in the A terminal at Gate 9. They have a great selection of yogurt & greek yogurt flavors to pick from and will let you sample as many flavors as you want. A variety of topping are available like fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango and great topping like sprinkles, fruity pebbles, chocolate items, nuts, gummi bears & honey.... the list goes on. I happen to always get the Tart flavor which tastes to me like a bit of a sour yogurt and I add sprinkles & fruity pebbles The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and they always deliver a yummy treat.

That line coming on. I got mine already.

Love pinkberry to pieces.... This is a cool location. Right in the middle of the mall. Jocelyn was really nice, helpful and super friendly. They always let you try any flavor you want and they usually switch up flavors from time to time.

I've been waiting for this Pinkberry to open for a while..and it did not disappoint! It's the perfect snack when I'm shopping. The staff is always very helpful and is glad to give out plenty of free samples. The yogurt at every pinkberry is pretty much the same, so I can always expect good quality. What makes a good Pinkberry from a great Pinkberry, in my opinion, is how generous the servers are with the toppings... and oh..they are generous with their toppings here. In fact, sometimes, I have to tell them to stop putting on even more dark chocolate balls after they've already layered on two scoops. :)

Every time I come here the workers are nice and patient when taking my order because sometimes I try new flavors and take a little longer to decide. But my favorite is definitely the Honeycomb! I love the combination of all its flavors. The creamy ice cream paired with the rich peanut butter, delicious brownie pieces, and sweet honeycomb creates the perfect bite. The peanut butter adds such a rich, smooth flavor, while the brownie gives you those decadent chocolatey bites, and the honeycomb adds a fun sweetness and texture. It's seriously so good that I usually take some to go. The Culver City location is small, but I actually like that it feels more like a quick, casual stop. They have a little seating area outside where you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream. I usually sit there with my doggie Lola. Afterward, you can walk around and do some shopping at the really cool stores surrounding the shop, which makes it a fun little outing rather than just grabbing ice cream and leaving. Parking is also pretty convenient. There's a parking structure right across the street, and it's usually around $2 to park, which is a nice bonus for the area

You wouldn't have to wait long for it to thraw from the freezer. As other yelpers mentioned, there's little to no street parking. So it's highly suggested you park in the structure across the street, or use valet that will lead you immediately to the place on your right-hand side.

Honey lavender: Steeped lavender petals in local honey, bringing out more complex and herbaceous flavors. Has a distinct light purple color and did not taste like soap like some places that attempt lavender flavors. Hazelnut cookies and cream: Okay, if you think you've had Cookies & Cream, you haven't tried Salt & Straw's Oregon version. Apparently, Oregon grows like 99% of the country's hazelnuts, and they actually use nuts from their own farm for this. It's a coconut cream base with bourbon vanilla, packed with crushed sandwich cookies and this insane hazelnut butter fudge ripple.

This is not to say I dislike the Salt & Straw's and Wanderlust's of the world, but they don't hold a candle to the well-rounded experience ice cream-goers are provided with at Ginger's Divine Ice Creams in Culver City. First, the ice cream. Every time I visit with my brother and order my usual (shout-out to the Butterscotch Oreos and Fudge!), I am ALWAYS provided the most generous of scoops, often more than enough to have leftovers for days following. The rich, smooth, and creamy texture paired with the familiar yet refined flavor profiles never fails to leave me satisfied and smiling :) However, my affinity for the sweet treats served at this establishment means NOTHING without the team-members that make Ginger's what it is. The team here is consistently warm and welcoming, never failing to ensure every visit is equal parts helpful and hospitable. Like I wrote above, I often come here with my brother, but it's the team and their positive vibes that make it feel like home. In closing, this parlor is WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT the best in the West (Los Angeles area), and I won't hesitate to continue supporting this quality establishment

The ice cream is obviously good, but honestly the vibes and the people are what make Ginger's such a gem. And while everyone is just now discovering Salt & Straw (which btw, I've been on since the Abbot Kinney opening days lol)...Ginger's is one of those spots that just feels way more like a neighborhood favorite. I've gone through phases with the flavors too. Billionaire Brownie is a great place to start, but once you become a regular like me, you start getting creative My personal move right now is vanilla with almonds + caramel on top, with a warmed-up brownie on the side. And if I'm taking a break from the brownie...SHEESH. The chocolate chip cookie is so good!! But the biggest thing for me is the staff. Every time I walk through the doors, it genuinely feels like I'm seeing friends. Everybody says what's up, remembers you, jokes around with you..it just feels good being there. Shoutout to Malaika for making my order today!! Got to hear about what she's studying in college too, and I'm genuinely bummed she's leaving in a month And Jeffrey deserves a shoutout too because that dude is hilarious. He's always cracking me up whenever I roll through. The whole team is so dope that I've literally dropped off complimentary Equinox passes for them before and will absolutely do it again. If I REALLY had to nitpick, my only request would be some music around the outdoor seating area. That's literally it. Anyway, I've been here way too many times to not finally leave a review Ginger's is a real gem.
