I had a disappointing experience at Yogurtland. I stopped in for a quick trip with my emotional support kitten, and the employee refused to give me a cup unless my friend went in alone to get her frozen yogurt first. We were told my friend would have to get her ice cream, come back outside, and then I could go in by myself to get mine. I understand businesses have policies about animals, but the situation could have been handled much more politely and respectfully. The interaction felt unnecessarily difficult for what should have been a simple visit. I come to this location often and always have a pleasant experience except when Marissa the manager is here. She has a bad attitude and not a nice person. She never greets us and gives off bad vibes. Just got done with my daughter's volleyball practice and hey, let's go get some yogurt. She really enjoys this place. I wasn't gonna get anything, but then when I saw those Pecan and pralinespray had to get it. I got a mixture, cranberry orange tart. I just think they're hitting the ball out the park with their flavors. Then I ended up getting the berry blast as well I had almost everything they had, a sampler. Also got the cherries on top, and also just a little bit of butterfinger. My stomach held up at the end of this. My daughter got similar but also got Matcha then I did too. Only thing is sticker shock, the two yogurts and it was $18. That's why I'm getting them at four stars, because of price alone. Yogurtland is usually consistent and we especially enjoy it because of the strawberry and peach popping Boba options as well as all the different revolving flavors. This location is located down near LAX and has a large free parking lot in the back. It was quite crowded when arrived Sunday evening and they had some great flavor options however the birthday cake, which seemed to be the most popular, and what most people were getting, was very low. I really liked all of the topping options and can always find something great to get here. Twice now I have presented the employees with my Save Club coupon to which she rudely indicated that they don't accept online coupons. When I explained to her that the discount wouldn't show up on my app if the store hadn't participated in being an affiliate, she deadpanned stared at me and reiterated a little more loudly in front of other customers that they don't accept online coupons. Visited today, 9/8/24 for Laufey flavor. My daughter's love Laufey so we just had to go! It is a very informal place, serve yourself kind of a place. They have some delicious flavors. Sadly, no sugar free options. I'm on a diet and wanted something refreshing so I got whatever was there. The dragon fruit and mango tart was delicious! The service was good. The cashier was friendly. Grew up going to yogurtland but don't visit often as there's not many locations left and it's gotten more expensive everytime. Unfortunately inflation continues to hit and our two yogurts were $20, which is crazy to me as neither of them were very big. I did however love the flavor options and toppings. This Yogurtland is not large but it is usually not very crowded. I love their Covid precautions. There is hand sanitizer the minute you want in and they want you to use gloves, they provide, to touch the handles of the machines. The service is just wonderful. I needed help with my credit card and the associate was great. They also were wonderful to my grandson who wanted more toppings than the large cup would almost hold. The yogurt is great and always so fresh tasting and they have every topping you can imagine. Have the best time in Westchester. read more

I hardly go to Yogurtland, but I was curious about the limited edition Thai tea and boba flavors. I much preferred the Thai tea flavor. I don't know if all Yogurtlands now keep the cups behind the counter or what. I guess I haven't been to this location in a long time because I didn't realize you enter from the back parking lot side instead of on Sepulveda. Service was courteous and helpful. Literally, worst one of their locations ever. Not only are the hours complete nonsense, the only employee who works here is constantly taking a dump in the bathroom which you can hear through the glass and even though she can see us outside for 10 minutes she keeps going in and out of the bathroom. Then she has the audacity to be rude when she finally unlocks the door to let their only two customers of the day end. Almost every time we've come the bathroom is out of service, which isn't a major problem, but it would be nice to wash ours hands before we had some yogurt. More annoying is that they still don't let you sample any of the flavors! That paper sign has been up on the wall for I don't know how long. And it's great if you know exactly what flavor you want but what's the point of introducing new flavors and you can't even try it to see if you like it before you buy it. I started going to Yogurtland this week. The first time the prices seemed reasonable. I was able to select three flavors: strawberry, cheesecake and the salted caramel. I also added a bunch of toppings. I usually top of my yogurt with pineapple, strawberries, granola, caramel, reese's and animal cookies. Yesterday, I went back and they charged me $9 for pretty much the same thing. Did they drastically raise their prices overnight? I was thinking maybe the scale was off since the person before me bought three yogurts. Yea... save your money and use that for gas to drive 2 miles to the Ladera Yogurtland. I guess every Yogurtland is a franchise and they are not all the same. For one, they only have worker. Which means that you may be waiting to be assisted in any way. The one in the Ladera Center always has two employees-- one that handles check out and one that monitors the line. I never realized how serious this was until I came here and saw little children arms in most of the toppings. The one in Ladera? I've seen them switch out ingredients when a child has placed their hands in it (because I get it, gummy worms get me excited, too). Which leads me to the fact that they don't offer samples. I am a CLEAN FREAK so I get the need to create a clean, healthy environment but it almost feels cheap or a way to cut costs considering all the ways they fail in "monitoring" cleanliness. At the height of covid, this was necessary but there weren't any masks, nor the yoguristas (i made up that word) weren't serving the toppings. Lastly, but definitely not least, the fruit taste out of season and strange. It's a mixed between unripened and the rag they wiped the knife off with. When people are paying $10 for a yogurt, give them a better experience. Keep items clean and full. Offer samples. Have a more welcoming environment. I needed an order of 250, it was packaged extremely well and it was easy to set up once we were at the event. We were supplied with plenty of spoons, napkins and toppings for everyone at the event. I decided to write this review after sleeping on the incident that took place last night, Friday evening. Upon entering the store there were customers already inside; as I approached the counter the server named Jacky saw me and instead of a greeting, she dropped down behind the counter to what appeared to me, to avoid doing so but for whatever reason she reappeared after a short minute; I asked for two cups but instead of providing those cups she refused and said that I had to wait. I asked why do I have to wait to get cups? she then yelled at me that based on "her" policy that she didn't have to give me those cups until after she assisted the customers that were already there. Not only is Jacky RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL she is also quite ARROGANT. I asked her not to yell at me and she suddenly changed her tone to say "oh, I wasn't yelling at you"....that is quite contrary to what others saw and heard, including my guest. Here's a point, if Jacky is miserable and doesn't like serving the public , she should find a new profession. The yogurt is .68 per ounce and for that and the unpleasant visit we experienced last night with Jacky.....this place gets one star. read more

Hello! Have been a happy customer for several years up until recently. My boyfriend and I went out of our way to drop our studies & work to pick up some Yogurtland. Much to our disappointment, the doors were already locked at 8:30pm when the info online and the location door stated closing was at 9pm. Because we were confused and had already made the long journey from our home to Yogurtland, we knocked on the window to ask what was going on. The two employees inside gave us an eye roll as one walked to open the door. The woman who came to the door informed us that they were busy all day and were tired so they decided to close 30 minutes early that night. With much confusion and disbelief we explained to the woman that we made the long journey and closing early because they were tired was an outrage for customers who went out out of their way to make the 9pm closing stated online and at the location. She could care less and continued to close and lock the door without providing service. We were very discouraged and since taken our business to another yogurt company across the street. This location just recently opened up a few months back and it is always hopping. Lots of little kids everywhere, so be careful where you step. The place is clean and the staff is finally getting on board and handing out tasting cups. This place can get a bit messy, but they do a good job staying on top of everything. The place is very narrow and tight. They have a good selection of toppings but they don't have the ghirardelli chocolate syrup at this location, hopefully soon. The flavor selection is great and the machines seem to be working fine, keeping the yogurt nice and cold. This location is fairly easy to get in and out of as there is plenty of parking. Had a good experience here! There were a few more pumps then at the Yogurtland near me so that was nice. There weren't too many people but it still felt a little cramped due to the layout of the location. But there were still tables and we were able to fit all 4 of us at one of the available tables. For my birthday I was able to use my free 16 oz! Normally that is too much for one or even 2 people so I just used it to pay for all 4 of us! We only had to pay a little extra, it was totally worth it! The new flavor was the banana pie and it was delicious! I had most of that flavor in my cup. The toppings looked good and fresh. I had some blueberries, strawberries, and mochi for my toppings at this visit. I may not be back to this location for awhile. The pistachio here is not good, no actual pistachio taste. The coconut was a bit too sweet for me, good for those that like super sweet froyo id say. 5 stars because their cookies and cream was delicioussss. Would certainly come back for their cookies and cream. Since I didn't get any toppings and weren't too hungry so didn't get too much froyo (just had dinner next door), I ended up paying less than two dollars for the dessert.
