Anyway, Carlye was very helpful throughout the entire process & experience. The entire process took over an hour or so. They definitely have lots of patience and knowledge for different seasons and fabrics/colors used. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tailored suits. Whether it be your 1st time or not. Once they have your preference on the fabrics and lengths and engravings, yes, engravings monograms whatever you call it inside your suit. It takes roughly about 3 weeks for your outfit to be ready. Go in for a fit. Any altering is done in store. Which takes 2-3 days. And you're ready to go. 1st time here, 1st time getting a tailored made suit. But won't be the last time here. Heck, I would even come in here for myself for any suits if I was an EA or an ESQ. I'd be here in a heartbeat. However, you don't have to be any of those to come get a perfectly made suit!!! When I came back Christen was my new rep and our first interaction went fine until I came back to pick up my suit from alterations. I noticed right away the pants were too short (above my shoes) and the sleeves were also too short, not sticking out of my suit at all and riding up when I extended my hand. I notified him I think the sizes were incorrect but rather than double checking and correcting the error he told me I looked fine and the suit was fitted correctly. I had to push back and say no, it's not correct, pull up images online of how it should fit and say I wanted it fixed before he agreed to redo the measurements. But not before he told me not to trust everything online. Later at check out he accidentally charged me for alterations again which had to be corrected when I came back for my final pick up. I do not mind that the measurements were wrong the first time. I DO mind that if I'm buying a 1,300 suit that doesn't fit, the rep doesn't try to tell me it fits correctly when it clearly does not. He is the professional here but this was unacceptable behavior and honestly made me doubt if suitsupply was a quality company. I would give him a 1 for service but because I liked the suit I'll give my overall experience a 3.

Joe is truly amazing and the reason I still keep coming here and I always refer friends and relatives. First, their prices are exceptional, for example, you buy one frame and lens and you'll get a second frame and lens for free, which you can use for home or as a sunglass (just need to pay for the darkening of the lens, which is about $30). The doctor here truly knows his stuff as he has tons of experience. His exams are very quick and you would think, did he check everything right? But trust me, when you wear your updated glasses, you will see that they are absolutely perfect. He even told me the first time I had my exam there, the bifocal/progressive lens is really not needed for my eyes and is just a waste of money. The previous place I went to, they said I needed them, in addition, my prescription barely changed and really didn't need to spend so much money on new lens along with bifocal/progressive lens (and he was right!). Imagine that, a business that says, you don't need to spend more money! Joe is a true model of what outstanding customer service is, and Chris who is a younger guy, I'm assuming was trained by Joe, so he is also outstanding. Once I had the eye exam it went down hill. It was an $1100 mistake. Don't ever go here they lie and smile in your face. Thieves as well. I was told I can't use my military discount due to using insurance. That was a lie. I found out I was able to use my discount. The frames I paid $250 I found online for $74. They told me they don't price match. Then the guy broke my frames and gave me an attitude. I had to pay $150 to have my lenses put into my frames When I said he had to replace them. Then I ordered my lenses. Progressive, transitional with antiglare $725 I paid. There was no antiglare and the staff member tried to tell me I don't know glasses that's why. I'm positive I can tell if there is antiglare in something. I had to take my glasses back due the person measuring me incorrectly. I wasn't able to see since he measured me incorrectly. They said it would be a rush job. I called a week later and was told the glasses went out the day before. Meanwhile the lady who answered said they went out the day after I left them. Either way I can't see due to them not getting me back my glasses. I been wearing spare frames to help me get by. I asked for my glasses or my money back. I was told they don't give refunds and I will have to wait. Never again will I go to Cohens not even for a dead bird. They are terrible. The staff sucks and just lie. A bunch of money hungry thieves. Sad part is the store mgr was there the whole time. I never who she was until she got on the phone. Not once did she identify herself when I went to the store.
