His customer service is exceptional and if there's any dissatisfaction, he does his utmost to make the customer happy. We've probably ordered over 10 pairs of glasses through Mark and his team over the last 15 years. The turn around time is exceptional - I don't think we've ever waited more than a few days for our new glasses. He has also fixed a few pairs for us, even if they were not purchased there or if we purchased them years ago. AND he has also been known to hand deliver them in a pinch - truly the best. If you need optical services, stylish daily frames or sunnies, or optical advice from the best in the business, definitely stop by. I would suggest calling Mark before stopping by because Covid has everything out of sync - but with the minuscule chance that you miss him, he always returns your call promptly :)

We were told these vouchers would cover a contact lens eye exam, contact lenses, and that any remaining balance could be used toward sunglasses. I scheduled an appointment, but it was canceled the day before because they said no doctor was available. I rescheduled for the following week and made it clear this appointment was urgent because I was leaving for vacation the next day. When I arrived, a bald male employee immediately became hostile and disrespectful. He raised his voice, spoke in a degrading manner, and yelled at both me and my father in front of other customers. He refused to listen or explain anything and stated he did not want to deal with us. He then denied all services. At that point, the vouchers had already been redeemed and had expired, meaning the business kept the full value while providing no eye exam, no contact lenses, and no sunglasses. Attempting to return expired vouchers was not a solution, as they could no longer be used elsewhere. This experience felt dishonest, abusive, and completely unprofessional, especially given that this involves healthcare and vision services. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you value transparency, respect, and ethical treatment. $600

I met up with José who is a magician with the eyeglasses. He was able to find perfect fit frames for my lenses and popped them in. He had me on my way within minutes of arriving. Jose made the entire experience very seamless and painless.
