I had to call customers service three times to ask them to contact the store to follow up with me. They finallly called back after the third time since the customer service's manager was cc'ed in the email. I am very disappointed with how Dior is turning into. I used to have very good feeling for Dior shopping experience. Now the team from Soho and the quality of the bag have made me changed my mind completely. There are defects on the canvas Saddle crossbody bag, but the team said, it is just a normal discoloration due to the sun. I do not think the sun can focus only along the stiching area and not entire bag. The discoloration is very evenly at the damaged area. They stated this damage is due to storage directly under sun issue, without the dist bag, and said they will not be responsible for the damage or provide any accommodation for this. I hope Dior can stay longer in the luxury industry with this type of customer service and products quality.
