I brought the car back 5 minutes after I left but they already closed the vacuums. The men looked inside my car and even said "wow" --"that's terrible". I was told to call the manager today to which I did and the woman was extremely rude and told me they weren't required to clean any of that. What a waste of time and money. Literally just got out of here 10 minutes ago, pull over to take a look at the work since they were so busy i had to move quick.. This is what they consider a car wash for $25 that I paid .. car still is half dirty Center consul is dirty, cup holders still dirty, missed all corners on my sunroof, dashboard still has dust all over. It's basically a half ass car wash they clean half and leave half dirty.. car is not the nicest but I expect them to be cleaning most if not all the dirty area for that money..I'll never go to this place again if this is what Business ima get over there.. hand car washes in Yonkers are def better read more

I just moved to Westchester county and was dreading the fact that I would have to find a car wash as good as the one I went to when I lived in Brooklyn. Until I was driving to the mall and saw this car wash. So I did a u turn at the next signal and amazingly it was same company with the same menu of services. Got my car washed that day and they did an amazing job. The prices are a little different from their Brooklyn location but I got the same great car wash that lasts! read more

Went to get csr washed today, spent $26.00 plus $4 tip. My service includes washing my Weather Tech Matt's. However, after drying the inside of my car my matts were all wet from their feet. I asked for a paper Matt to avoid this matter which was denied by the cashier who was extremely rude and refused to provide me with a lousy paper Cobering for wet matts! She stated this is only for carpet wash not Matt wash which defeats the purose of having hem washed due to the fact your matts are now wet and dirty again from their wet shoes! Poor customer service, cashier has no professional work ethics!!! To lose a regular consumer over this is ANAL. MR. I have used Oakley's for about 10yrs and usually get the all star cleaning for close to $70, at least once or twice a month. This evening I entered the car wash at 6.10pm which I will admit is much later than I usually go. I realized when I was the second car from the front that people were not getting out of the car and going inside as we usually do. When I got to the front I was informed cash only. I didn't have it. I had $5 in my wallet and the cheapest wash was $11. I have never been asked for cash only before in there. I explained my predicament, and there was no way for me to turn/reverse/exit. I offered to leave my name and number and that I would return tomorrow and pay. Nope...: he insisted on taking my license and that he would return my license when I had paid him. I was genuinely insulted by this. If he took the time to run my plate he would see how often I go there. He wasn't willing to listen. I did not notice the cash only sign on my way in. It was on the bottom of one sign when I returned with my cash. I didn't see it posted anywhere else. It definitely needs to be made more obvious or at least have a card terminal for us to pay outside, or an outside atm. I didn't appreciate the way I was treated over $11, when I have spent so much money there over the years. I won't be back. read more

Who would have thought that I would write a review on a car wash place! They don't have steak, unless you count the jerky and various snacks you can get in the store area. It still amazes me the level of coordination, swiftness, and passion these guys have for making our cars look like new every time you pass through the wash. Since I have a black car I get the quick detail quite often...so here's a true story... During the summer I got the quick detail and went to my dealer to look at new cars just for fun. As I was leaving, one of the sales guys asked me "nice car, you picking it up today (delivery)?" I had to tell him, I was already two years into my lease which he couldn't believe. It helps to be anal about your car since it will keep looking new every time you get a wash or a wax. Two services they offer that are unique are the hand wash for owners with pricey rides who don't want they cars going through and automated wash, and the mobile car wash service that can come to where you are. Make this place a weekly destination and your car will thank you! read more

I picked up a Loaner from the dealer and it was unfortunately mess , my wife needed it to be clean the following day. I went to Oakley for their for a standard full service clean exterior , windows and a vacuum. The place closes at 10pm. I pulled up at 5:45 pm and was 2 cars back , no one behind me , I waited patiently and someone pulls out a exterior only sign in front of my car and instructed the team to close for the day. I had not said a word to anyone up until this point. I pleaded to allow my car to the last. And they could care less I was respectful and they refused. I will never go back. I hope this influences at least a few not to go there. read more

I'm very unhappy with this car wash. They did a half ass job on vacuuming out and cleaning the interior of my vehicle, expensive, and the old receptionist inside where you pay is rude. What really put the icing on the cake is they stained the interior of my vehicle. I should have listened to my spouse and washed my car myself. read more

I've been to this place probably 2-3 times. Now I know why. Took my vehicle to get cleaned, almost $60 and I was very disappointed. Still had spots and streaks in some areas, inside still dirty. I accidentally gave Oakley's a star. It should get no stars!! This morning I went to Oakley's Car Wash for the first time (and the last time) and paid $30 for the WORST CAR WASH EVER. I pointed out multiple spots that remained dirty and the man wiping my car wiped a little more then walked away. As he didn't do what I had asked, I just took one of their rags and continued to wipe the DIRT off my car. After about ten minutes they told me that I had to move to the street. I continued to wipe my car in the street on Central Avenue with cars passing by. I had to open the doors so I could reach the roof of my RAV4. I worked on it for another 20 to 40 minutes there. Then I returned the rag and went to tell the cashier what a bad job they did and how I would never return. Before I went home, I stopped to get Gaza's and the attendant noticed something black on my drivers side doors and front quarter panel. I went home and cleaned it off. Now I called Oakley's and spoke to the manager. I told him about my experience and said I wanted a refund. He said I should have asked for him and he would have taken care of it. If they did it right the first time, that wouldn't be necessary. Never ever again will I go to Oakley's!! Want an EXCELLENT job, go to Eastchester Detail Shop. The guys working there do an excellent job of taking care of vehicle and genuinely give it the attention and care you look for when wanting to have that new car feel. I personally do the rebound plus package and each time its been excellent. If you want excellent service performed on your car, this is your place. My family and I have been loyal customers for going on ten years. I've gone out of my way to go to Oakley's over other car washes. Lately, the service has been declining, particularly with consistently streaky rear windshields when I pay for full interior. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I paid for the All Star, the top tier wash on the menu (apart from special-order detailing). This was supposed to include the wash, full interior, triple polish, and wheel cleaning. The wheels are covered in soap. The car doesn't really look much different on the outside. There's a big spot of sap or dirt on the driver's door and the drivers window is FILTHY and when I brought it up to the guy taking care of my car, he said that I would need to buy a detailing package to get it taken care of! This isn't even a matter of detailing, it's a matter of getting the car CLEAN! What did I get in my top tier wash??? I'm generally really proud of my car, but today I'm EMBARRASSED to look at it. Is it even worth it to invoke the 48 hour clean car guarantee? Probably not. read more

Really rushed job. Paid $15 for a regular car wash and still had dirt on the interior and exterior. I won't be coming back

they did not fold my side mirrors before going through the wash .. do it yourself if you don't want to get it damaged i learned the hard way.. a long grey streak was left on the white paint of my side mirror. After successfully rubbing the color off with a cleanser, I ran my finger along it and noticed a dent was left... I assume the bristles of their machine were dirty.. will not be going back. read more

And he said he would speak to the guy who was rude. Glad this was fixed. I will be back, after all. ------------ Really bad customer service. The guy was a total ASS. They have this 48 hour clean car guarantee. You have to come in before 6 to get your car washed again. So we got there at 5:45. But because of the line, we got to the guy checking the cars in at about 6 (by out watch). Went in for a quick exterior wash. Before entering the conveyor, they sprayed down the car with a soapy hose water (even in the wheel wells) and also used a big brush to quickly scrub a few surfaces. The conveyor seemed thorough, lots of brushes, soap, and thorough rinse. Guys at the end to wipe with a soft cloth. Before 6pm, it's $8. After 6pm, it's $6. I arrived 5 mins before 6pm and the guy told me to wait a few minutes to get a cheaper price. At 6pm, there is a shift change, so they didn't get started until 6:05, which means I waited 10 minutes with no cars in front me. That was a little annoying but I guess it saved me a couple of bucks. read more

With quick service and decent results, Oakley's Car Wash is a must do in those times of car cleaning needs. I never get my car washed, so for me to go is a big deal! Also, I was so pleased with the service and price ($6 after 6pm), that's where I'm going from now on. My experience was actually too good to be true. I had a serious bird droppings collection on my windshield. I rolled into the car wash from the top entrance, which in rush hour you happen to get ahead of some people. That is my right as a person having to make the horrible left into that driveway. However, there was one car in front of me! That is amazing at the time I went considering the deal, so I enjoyed the leisurely ride through the washer and out the other side. I appreciated the ease of communication from the workers and the fact they gave me a solid wipe down before I left. My experience, I imagine, is rare because the wait usually looks very long. The only thing this place has going for it is that it's the only car wash around. The next closest one is not at all convenient. That being said, it may be worth going out of your way for a different car wash. For starters, they don't do a very good job. It's not uncommon to find something they missed. Or that drying is poor and insufficient. The worst part is their classism. They have a claim that is something like "your car's safety is our only concern." This may be true if you are driving a luxury car, but if you have a Toyota or Hyundai, they will make you drive over he curb as you exit. After all, is cheaper cars need to get out of the way because the Porches get to use the cutaway onto the street. read more

The service was alright until today. I purchased an exterior wash for 8 dollars, when my car is done and the guy on the exit side of the wash gets into my car. He revs it too much (6mt) and GOES OVER THE ROLLER THAT PUSHES CARS FORWARD! So my 8 dollar wash turned into a 100 dollars wash. Sometimes you just don't have the perfect conditions going to clean the car: bad weather, crowded driveway, too much stuff to move around...That's why we have Oakley's! I really just needed that nudge to get out all the gunk from last season once and for all. The packages work out really good and whether you need something simple or a full detail, it works out great. The people there are hard workers and I couldn't complain about the job. The previous owner left me with a lot of dog hair strewn in random places and I was anxious for a hand in tackling it. Inside, they have practically everything you need from snacks, window clings and every kind of air freshener created. It gets very busy there so set aside adequate time... they cant control traffic. Prices are more than reasonable and it takes the burden off of you when you don't have the energy to do it yourself! read more

I took my car two times in last month, the first time they did not clean well and left a few permanent scratch outside of the car. I wanted to give them a second chance, this time not only did not clean inside and outside, they wiped inside of the care with dirty cloths, stains were all over the car wherever they wiped it. Outside of the car was full of stains and not clean at all. When I complained, the manager told me if you do not like it here do not bring your car. Just lost my business. Your staff did a poor job and my truck looks worse than it did before they touched it. instead of attempting to fix it you offer bs excuses and shoulder shrugs. Had truck "detailed" there a few weeks ago. Picked up in the eve so I didn't notice but basically they took my truck which has good paint and compounded swirl marks all over it. Today was soonest I was able to bring it back and when I told the "manager" he told me it was because the wax wore off and I should wax it. This is absolutely bs and also before he saw it. As I told him it couldn't be the wax this soon he shoulder shrugs, grabs a towel and goes to dry the truck furthest away. Once my truck came out of the wash I pointed try ed out the Swiss on my tailgate from 10+ feet away. Jose tells acknowledged them and shoulder shrugs. I show him the side of the bed and he points out a plastic part and says it happened because it's plastic. More BS so I point back to the tailgate which is not plastic. His answer now is its because the truck is black and black is hard.....I ask him if he's going to make it right or should I just dispute the charge with my bank.....guy shoulder shrugs again. read more
