The more you spend time on this upfront the more efficient things will be and you can give his team some direction they may need. For example:I knew the color scheme I wanted to go with, found the materials within my budget, and ordered, pre-delivered or picked up what I needed before work began. *Oakridge can also help with pick up if you need. 2. Screening & estimate: Before having Roman visit in person I suggested a Zoom call in which I gave him even more information about my goals, have some face-time virtually, show him the areas of remodeling, ask questions, and set the right expectations for the project. Flexibility: not everything can go perfect as we imagined, so when we discovered some plans needed modification e.g. P-trap fittings, baseboards, moulding/transition, his team and I discussed and agreed on any adjustments. In September, I purchased a home with a completely non-functional detached garage. I solicited estimates for a glass shower door track removal, mold cleaning, and re-caulking of the bathtub / shower area. Roman reached out, and what stood out initially was the professionalism of Oakridge. He came out to do an inspection before the estimate and then provided a competitive estimate. But what very nice was how re-assuring he was (I was afraid removing the glass door track to clean it would damage the tile along the wall.) He was very confident and re-assuring. He was able to fit me in the same week. He showed up on time. He explained all the steps and what he was doing.
