A man and his child, (neither wore masks) came in and as he talked I felt more and more uncomfortable. I tried to be friendly but beneath my mask was fear. I think we need to take this virus more seriously for the sake of the elderly... and others, in general. I will be returning, however, because the doctor and hygienist's professionalism outweighs the lack of empathy of the front desk.
